If you have another option, I wouldn't recomend this. I had a very bad experience. My transit was changed from 1pm to 9:30am so I had to change all my plans. Then I was told that a TukTuk will pick me up from my hotel and take me to the meeting point where I'll change to the van. I received by WhatsApp a picture of both vehicles. There was no TukTuk, I wanted for about 10min and then van came to pick me. It was not the same van as the picture either. When we were in the south, because I was seated in the copilot seat in front, the driver asked me to please indicate him the google maps route to drop the first passangers at their hotel. It is not my job to do so, but I didn't mind to help. Then he asked me to indicate the second one, and lastly to indicate my hotel. My hotel was before the man's so I told him that we will need to go take a turn or drop him off first and then make a round to get to my hotel. He asked to get off where we where and walk to my hotel. I refused as I payed a service to pick me to one hotel and drop me to another hotel. He got mad at me for not telling him that my hotel was before the ma's hotel. I got upset as I was already helping him, it is not my job, I am not from here. He asked to go by a TukTuk because he didn't want to do 10min extra ride to go back and drop me. Going by tuktuk was fine but I clearly said that I wouldn't pay for it as I had already paid for a service, so he did. Very bad experience: time changed, the tuktuk didn't even come to pick me, misscomunication between the coordination and drivers, driver didn't had much knowledge, he was rude to tell me to go walking or to pay a tuktuk and to treat me as a worker, not a client. The vehicle wasn't very clean. It was empty water bottle in the floor left like barbage. If you have another option, I wouldn't recommend it.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. The trip took 3 hours. I have no issue at all with a driver making a phone call while driving; however, what I did have a problem with—and what I observed happening—was that he was constantly looking at his phone and reading things, which meant that for several seconds at a time, his eyes were not on the road. That bothered me.

The driver came too late and the there was no seat anymore left. They organized an extra driver just for me which was perfect but we left 1 1/2 hours later.

Didn’t get any information from the driver or the company that driver is coming, what car he had or his phone number to diskuse the details. Driver was 30 minutes late, didn’t even apologize.

Great experience! Smooth pickup. Excellent service with kind driver who allowed us to stop at Ravana falls and at the shop. Lovely man and would 10/10 recommend!
