A lot of the seats were broken and the driver didn't give any instructions or assistance with toilet breaks. He was over an hour late, which worked in our favour as there was an accident on the highway that made us arrive right on departure. The customer service is very hard to get help from too.

Scenic adventure. Travelling in a smaller van we get to see more along the way. The traffic was pretty bad, but that is not the fault of the driver.

Extremely rude driver, lack of informations, unbearable heath. The driver was super rude, he was smoking in the bus, asked for extra money for the luggages, this never happened before. We didn't know anything about the departure, we were waiting at the station without any informations, the company didn't have an office at the station, we didn't know from which peron the bus will leave. The bus didn't have any sign it would be super easy to miss it, it was late 20 minutes. The driver was smoking in the car, hé didn't turn on the AC we almost died on the backseat, we could not get air. This was my worst trip ever.

I traveled from the International Bus Station in Tirana, Albania to Bar, Montenegro. I really like that this route was offered by Drita and also the online service as well as the service rep in Tirana was super friendly and helpful. The bus we got on had no air conditioning, no water was given and people were overheating. There were even old people on the bus, it was way too hot and too many people. Luckily I was able to go onto another smaller vehicle for most of the ride to Bar, Montenegro but the heat was absolutely horrible.
