We are currently riding this bus from Toshkent to Samarkand and are extremely disappointed with the service. We notice hundreds of similar reviews and urge the company or Uzbek transport regulator to investigate. The bus driver has not stopped for over three hours on this bumpy road. There are no washrooms on the bus and children aboard are crying. The bus has not stopped despite us requesting a washroom stop. This is torture. We will never use this transport company again. There “all comfort” name is highly deceiving. Family Tourist from Canada with a toddler).

We were very confused; we started out in one car, switched to another after 15 km, waited about 30 minutes, and ultimately completed the trip in the second vehicle. A well-intentioned person tried to explain the situation, but we still don't understand what happened. When booking, the agency's advertising shows a magnificent vehicle—nothing like the two cars we actually traveled in. We understand and sympathize with people trying to help others, but at one point, three different hitchhikers were picked up and got into the car. I feel the driver should have asked us whether or not that was acceptable to us.
