Driver was an hour early (worked for me) and had a wonderful vehicle which they had stocked with water, pillows, a blanket and a charging point and showed me how to work the air-conditioning in the back. We stopped twice for bathroom breaks and one more for fuel and despite road works and a thunderstorm we arrived at a reasonable time at my destination. Driver insisted on carrying my luggage into the hotel for me. Very grateful!

Confortable bus, departed almost on time The meal was delicious However, there was only one stop for bathroom 45min after departure and then no stop for 5 hours which is not convenient

We were around 1 hour late but it's still OK for such a long ride. I think there was someone construction on the road. The bus was comfortable and we got aome snacks. We even got food voucher but the staff took it (maxbe like a payment for the snacks). During our other ride we could use that for free lunch during stop.

The driver didn't speak English (male) and you couldn't communicate with him. The luggage space was very small. He had to move the seats to accommodate it, which made the passengers in the back row very uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for the service I received. I also paid to have an email and WhatsApp reminder sent 24 hours in advance, but it never arrived.

We went the first 2 hours with an old and inconfortable bus. After we moved in another bus, old but confortable. We arrived in Chiang Rai over 1 hour late.

Bus was on time, and staff at the station help and make sure you catch your bus, the bus was comfortable enough for 7.5h trip, we stopped a few times for bathroom and there were shops to buy snacks, we also stopped for lunch in a restaurant. We were given water and a small snack when we boarded.
