Annie LNilo was prompt, amiable, helpful, accommodating, a safe & quick driver. The van was newer, had great AC, & seats that reclined. The bottom cushion needed to be improved though. My bottom was sore after an hour. Overall it was a great trip though. Very pleasant. I would use Nilo & 12GO again.

Christopher WDue to the delayed flight of fellow passengers, my pickup and departure was ≈2 hours later than originally scheduled. Communications were clear and responsive, but it was still inconvenient to my subsequent plans. Perhaps flight passengers and others should be moved separately.
