Slowwww. Cheap. Took 2 hours longer than stated, several stops. Driver did not communicate how long the bathroom break was. Didn’t know if I had time or why we were stopping as there were several random stops. No communication in English.

Vozač i kondukter su izvrsni,ljubazni i spremni pomoći. Moj tata je bio putnik. Išao sam iz Rovinja do Zagreba. Kako se kreće uz pomoć štake, vozač i kondukter su bili jako ljubazni prema njemu . Na stanici u Zagrebu su pomogli mu iznijeti ruksak koji je imao sa sobom,da može lakše da iziđe iz busa. Hvala im od srca.

Trip to Zagreb from Rovinj. Easy to get on. 1. I was not informed that i will have to pay extra $ for my luggage in cash. 2. It departed on time however arrived way later than it’s planned to. I missed the next bus i booked and paid for then i had to pay for another bus in order to get to airport on time.

Toilets, en los autobuses Para qué? La puntualidad y el confort de los buses. Que no se pudieran utilizar los baños en los autobuses.

Nice ride but the driver…. The bus was on schedule, it was clean. The driver was rude with everyone. He charged us for our luggage when I was sure that I already paid for them.

Driver was super rude & hates his job. Take flixbus because they are cheaper and faster. There was no part of the experience that I liked. The driver was rude and yelled at me for sitting at the front seat. Made me move so a Croatian guy can sit there in the same seat. You charge for luggage and that is ridiculous.

Der erste Bus ist während der Fahrt ausgestiegen. Dann wurden wir in einen zweiten Bus verlegt. Mit den Pausen und dem Defekt ist der Bus erst in Zagreb am 19:40 Uhr anstatt den 17:15 Uhr angekommen. Für meine weitere Reise musste ich ein teures Taxi nehmen, da eine Fortsetzung der Reise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Bjelovar nicht möglich war. Eine Verspätung über zwei Stunden für eine angedachte Fahrt ohne Verkehrsstau nicht akzeptabel. Zudem hatten nicht alle Passagiere einen Sitzplatz.

3 tickets were double booked so 3 people couldn't get on the bus. although this wasn't the drivers fault, the driver could have dealt with this situation a bit more calmly and reasonably. There was a lot of shouting and tensions, delayed departure, and calling police which left me and possibly other passengers very uncomfortable. I hope those people who had to miss this bus had their tickets and their time compensated fairly.

Unnecessary delays. Eventually we reached our destination.. There were two buses — we lined up for the Zagreb bus but it seems the other bus with incorrect destination name was the one going to Zagreb.so gone there to queue , even with printed seat numbers people sit where they want. it took almost 30 minutes get in—primarily bcz the poor driver had to load the bags and collect money. can’t you implement a better system to pay for big luggage? Bus was delayed by 40 minutes. and then it was stuck in traffic jams.not your fault , but you didn’t help either..
