Lucas SIn the morning, the company informed us that the bus would arrive at 2:15 pm instead of the booked 12:45 pm. However, the bus did not arrive at 2:15 pm either — instead, we started our journey at 3:00 pm. One positive: the interior of the bus was pretty new and clean. In the evening, we stopped just outside of Nha Trang with no information from the driver whatsoever. We got out of the bus to check what was going on, and the staff had just put our luggage on the street. Another staff member told us that we would have to change into a van to get to our hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. All in all, it was quite a frustrating journey.

Piotr ZThe trip took almost 5h instead of 3h, as the driver didn't want to use highways. Also, he didn't contact me that he arrived and is waiting, I was looking everywhere for him for 15 minutes and had to ask every car around. The car was nice though.

Carlo ZWe were supposed to arrive at the "Panorama Nha Trang Hotel" stop, but they let us off early. We thought there was a shuttle that would take us to a pre-arranged location. When we asked, they told us we'd have to wait 5-10 minutes. After that time, we asked again and were told the shuttle would arrive at 6:30 PM (so we'd have to wait there for over an hour). The ticket we purchased indicated our arrival time at our destination was 5:00 PM...

The Bus driver kicked us out 1h walk away from the planned Location of arrival, without any explanation!
Several travellers had no Idea what was going on.
It took 20-30 minutes to even get a Grab to the area. Luckily there were other English speaking travellers so we could help each other.
The departure was 1.5 hours late, but at least their office communicated that

Nicola SWe were asked if we wanted an earlier bus and we accepted. But nobody told us that the earlier bus was much slower (5 hours inested of 3). The comfort on the bus was ok.
