Anita PMieliśmy wykupiony przejazd z transferem z hotelu. Dzień wcześniej dowiedzieliśmy się, że będziemy musieli dopłacić 200 bathów za osobę żeby kierowca podjechał po nas do hotelu aonangstudio, bo nie jest w ich obrębie. Wyjazd z hotelu był o 5 rano, na miejscu na Koh Lipe byliśmy dopiero po 14, a mieliśmy być na 12:40. Na bilecie też nie ma informacji, że trzeba będzie zapłacić 220 bathow przed wjazdem do Ko Lipe, dowiedzieliśmy się o tym zaraz przed podróżą speedboatem a nie mieliśmy wymienionych pieniędzy, brak możliwości zapłacenia kartą a w okolicy nie ma kantoru, tylko bankomaty, w których kolejne 220 bathow za wyciągnięcie pieniędzy.

Ian POur pickup was changed to an earlier time to make the connecting speedboat transfer to Koh Lipe. The driver appeared to be in a rush but to be fair we made good time and arrived well in advance of the speedboat. The speedboat was excellent and the crossing was pretty smooth for this time of year.

Marcel HEspecially my driver Add from Ao Nang to the Pier in Satun was excellent. He showed and introduced me to the nature we crossed during our drive, he took extra care of me and even made a stop at Seven Eleven for me to grab a coffee.

Annie SWas not a sign, staff or anything to make sure you were in the right place. Just a pin dropped right on the big street. We sat down at a taped up paper that had “12go” handwritten on it because we booked through 12go. We were there on time and kept a lookout for any big vans. Didn’t see anyone looking for passengers. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally called and they had apparently left without us. Didn’t shout the destination or tried even the slightest to find us. We had to take the trip (with another company!) the day after and pay for two hotels that night and new tickets. Have not gotten help from the company or 12go. If you are getting picked up from Ao Nang meeting point, be aware. We are so disappointed with this service and the driver not even doing the bare minimum to do his job correctly. Will not book again with this company.
