Great but. Bus in time at departure, easy to spot and straightforward process to onboard. I bought mi ticket to Geneva bus station but the bus went first to the airport which caused a delay of 30 minutes on estimated time of arrival. They want you that the driver can switch which station they stop at first but they don’t tell you it means a possible 30minute delay.

Bus driver was excellent! We were VERY late arriving to airport! Driver said he was goi g to go to airport first, then his boss told him to go to the city first! That made us 30min late getting to airport! That is NOT ok! We had a flight to catch and that made it much more stressful!

During booking process, the price rose TWICE between selecting the trip and completing payment. Bus arrived in chamonix 30 minutes late. Passenger next to us was very sick, coughing and sneezing, and not covering her mouth. Wish the bus company had been able to provide a mask to her and others, or at least have had information online requiring passengers to confirm their health.

Comfortable and pleasant journey. Driver drove carefully and navigated through roadworks safely. Coach was comfortable and it was a pleasant journey with plenty of scenery to look at. Only grumble is that our flight was cancelled so I had to change the bus time. Swiss Tours were unable to transfer the tickets so we had to pay again.

Station annoucements. I particularly booked a ticket to the bus station so I could walk to the main Geneva Station to catch my train to Paris. But in my jet-lag fog I forgot that I had figured out that the bus first went to the airport. Confusing the issue was seeing the "airport train station." However, if the stops been announced by the driver (or a screen had shown them) it would have reminded me. Luckily, I had time to take the train to the Geneva station and did catch my train to Paris.

NEVER USUE SWISS TOURS - The office administrator was rude and combative. The driver. The office administrator was terrible. We realized soon after we booked and well before our trip that i had booked the wrong dates by one day because the French calendar starts on Monday while the US calendar starts on Sunday. The person working in the office was rude, combative and unhelpful. He said I should have read the small print that the tickets were not changeable or refundable. When I responded how ridiculous this was given how far before the trip I reached out, he offered to change it for a change fee that was more than the cost of buying new tickets. There are several good bus companies. I will never use Swiss Tours again.

Nice Seats and good aircondition. The bus came 25min late. It was on time at destination, but it still feels bad to wait for so long without knowing if it's coming or not, and especially wondering if you're even at the right place since the bus is not showing up.
