Fix the driver's attitude. Would have been usual bus trip besides the driver who ordered me to throw away the food I had nicely packed in a small cartoon box, even after assuring him I will not eat in the bus he didn't care and said it's a bus, not a restaurant. Best part is that other people were eating in the bus normally so I don't know why I was treated differently. Very disappointing and food wasting. He also didn't check anyone's tickets before boarding, it was a mess.

Słabo. Punktualny. Na początek: opłata za bagaż (w czasie rezerwacji nie było wyraźnej informacji, że taka opłata zostanie pobrana- byłem pewien, że przewóz bagażu jest w cenie biletu). Płatność tylko gotówką na co nie byłem przygotowany. Kierowca nie wydał mi reszty za opłatę za bagaż (bo teoretycznie nie miał). Nie dostałem też dowodu zapłaty za bagaż. Zapach w autobusie nieprzyjemny. Niedziałające oparcie fotela. Autobus słabo oznaczony- nie było nigdzie logo przewoźnika u którego był kupowany bilet- trasę wykonywał autobus innej firmy. Na bilecie zabrakło informacji z adresem dworca odjazdu (nie mówiąc już o poglądowej mapce- jak u konkurencji).

I have already responded. I emailed saying I had not selected insurance and after paying I received an email saying I had selected insurance. I blew out our budget. I Emailed prior to the trip asking to have it cancelled and reimbursed but told it can’t be even acknowledging I’d likely selected no to insurance. Poor customer service and seems like a money scam .

Decent. Very nice and comfortable bus. All in all a good trip. Bus arrived a little bit late (20 mins). The drivers were a bit grumpy. Trip from Tisno to Zagreb took about an hour extra for no apparent reason, luckily we were not in a rush.

The AC stopped working just after leaving Zadar, we were driving without for more than 1 hour. The driver and the ride, no heavy stopping or speeding... The AC stopped working just after leaving Zadar, we were traveling without it for more than 1 hour. The driver reset smthg and it started working again. We were late for 10 min or so in Zagreb.

But trip was comfortable and driver was pleasant. The bus station is a disgrace!! Information was very poor and basically not available. did not find until last minute where the bus goes from as it was not defined on the ticket and not even the person at the information desk was able to tell me. Consequently I almost missed the bus.

The ride was good but my name was missing from the passenger’s list. The ride was good, seats were comfortable, bus was clean and the route along the Adriatic coast from Dubrovnik to Split is very scenic. Although I had purchased a ticket in March itself, my name was missing from the passenger’s list. Earlier the driver was not letting me board the bus but after insisting for 15 minutes, they discussed among themselves and somehow found my name in the list. Also, one suitcase was allowed but my cabin size bag was charged 7 Euros by the driver. It wasn’t mentioned on the ticket anywhere. I think it should be mentioned how much a passenger can carry on the bus.

I missed the bus and bought a ticket at the station for another bus 90 minutes later. Range of options, rating system, reasonable prices. I wandered around for a while struggling to understand from the GetByBus map exactly where I was supposed to catch the bus. As a result, I just missed it--it pulled away as I was chasing it. So my ticket was wasted. (I've rated everything as excellent except the driver, since he definitely saw me!!!).

Great trip from Split to Zadar. The bus was super comfortable and good value. Quick trip, didn't take as long as I thought it would and right on schedule. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you. It would be nice to have been given the stop number before, so not to have to search once there.

Generally poor. It wasn’t on time & on the return journey the driver wouldn’t let us on said get the next bus which didn’t turn up so it cost us 40 euros to get back to our hotel in Zivogosce.

Milk Run bus. The views. We booked a Promet bus but we were told to get on another bus. This bus took 5 hours to go to Split because it made numerous stops. The bus from Split to Dubrovnik only stopped once and took just 3.5 hours. We also didn’t have a way to charge our phones on the bus from Dubrovnik to Split. Wasted most of the day on a bus.

Drivers were excellent. On the way, there were two car accidents on the highway so we were late hor an hour, but that isn't company's fault.
