Ruth Well run with helpful staff. Seats were quite comfy. Enough breeze came through so we didnt over-heat despite it being a hot day. Onboard toilet was pretty good. Borders just required a bit of waiting but were interesting and not tricky. Staff completely took care of it. You need $36. Gorgeous morning light on the river and interesting to see the lives and industry there.
An improvement would be numbered seats. People spread their stuff everywhere and go and sit elsewhere. You have to get out at each border and each time we lost our places.

Uchenna Don't like the fact that the people tell us it's 35 dollars (sorry 36 dollars because the price written on the paper is 35 but not respected once again), we have the right amount in vietnamese dong and they try to extort us by saying its more just so that they can put money in their pocket for the visa to cambodia. Remind me not to take the boat next time from vietnam to cambodia. Ill apply for the proper e-visa. Same thing at the border its not organised at all. Don't get your money exchanged there neither.
