Inna SThe trip organizer is a fraud, especially the Thai side. After crossing the border, we were traveling in an old minibus without air conditioning, the driver stopped at every village, dropped off and picked up people. We arrived 1.5 hours late. They advertise comfortable mini-buses, but in fact they use garbage instead of transport. The trip aggregator ignores questions and does not particularly participate in understanding the situation, although they charge a percentage for the sale.
I do not recommend this company to anyone as a carrier, it is better to use the services of VET air bus express, we traveled with them, everything was fine. We tried Namo Angkor Travel and it was terrible
