Its a scam. There is nothing there but a mare bus stop. First they changed my time of the bus, by asking me to choose one of the two options they emailed me. Then they asked me to come one hour earlier and that they have spoken to the people in the office there. There was nothing but a mare small bus stop on the main road. I was with my 73 years old father in so hot weather. Once I wasn't able to find any office there then I went to tuck shop at the station and guy there mentioned that people come here and wait quite often and also come to him in search of this office. But there is nothing here. Never book anything with this scammer bus service who are sitting in another country and dealing here in Saudia. I am waiting for a reply from 12go for a couple of days more as they are in contact with this company otherwise I will file official complain to Saudia officials

12Go went booked for 2.00 pm on 7th Oct. There was no coach at that time and left me in the hands of bus company resolve. The bus company was not responding and nor was 12Go The worst company I have ever come across

Very late confirmation Forced to accept a time that I don’t want since tickets ran out ALTHOUGH I booked and paid over one month ago. Unprofessional communication, random numbers calling you on whatsapp asking for official documents. Would not use or recommend this service again.
