William HNobody met us at the ferry. We had to buy extra ferry tickets as they wouldn’t accept the ticket because we were apparently supposed to collect them a day before which makes no sense. Got to Chiquila and once again nobody was there waiting and I only managed to get hold of the driver by borrowing a strangers phone as there was no signal.

Kristina We were lucky that we contacted the Company the day Before. Because on our ticket is Said: ferry + ride at 10:30
It turned out that you had to take the ferry at 9:30, which was not mentioned anywhere and the ticket did NOT include the ferry. So We had to pay for that extra :(!
