Disorganization. The bus seat and it was clean. So, when we have entered they have charged us the money for our luggage to be saved in downstairs. Okey, that is common ( unfortunately) but even if it is " only " 1,3e per bag, previous information would be helpful. We almost didn't have enough cash. Most importantly: once inside, we have realized that: a) our seats were taken but most irritating) 1. there were people with no tickets purchased yet, already sitting 2. people occuping seats with their handbags, backpacks and luggages ( since they didn´t want to pay 1,3€ i guess. I, myself had to move all over the bus to rearrange people, ask them to move their bags in order to make room for my collegues ( since i speak Croatian). The cohfer didn´t do nothing. Later on, made a comment to me" when are you going to seat, we need to leave" After which i, assetively told him, that once i finish doing his job we can leave. ohh and, the driver used their mobile phone while driving.the worst of all points mentioned.

Bus was 1.5h late and although it said it was a direct connection it was stopping everywhere.

Good service, delays happens. Fast, clean, comfortable. Bus was 20-30min late. But things happen. Not a problem.

I was standing almost the all ride, the bus was crowded and they still soled the tickets. Overcrowded bus. I've bought my ticket day earlier, and still was standing because somone took my seat. Also this situation happened on multiple occasions,and only with Arriva- autotrans. Verry unprofessional and unsafe. I will not travel with Arriva-autotrans anymore. Their customer support is also terrible!
