Scots in Sicily. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Left the bus terminus on time on both legs of the journey. Bus was a bit hot! Air conditioning didn’t seem too be very powerful.

Everything was fine except you have collected the amount twice. The bus was on time and it was a comfortable journey. I don’t like that you have collected me twice. I have contacted your customer support regarding this issue, and expect to get the money back on my account.
