Driver broke a lot of traffic rules, no stop at red light, passing other vehicles in no passing area. Despite dangerous driving we got to Nis without any accident so skilled driver. Dangerous driving.

A passenger went to buy something at a stop and even thought his partner asked the driver to either wait or let her out with their luggage the driver insisted on leaving with her on board. She had to scream at him to stop and she fell down when the driver stopped the bus aggresively. Also the bus was full and at the back the radiators were on full heat and it felt like sitting in a sauna as it was 30 degrees outside.

Hi, My name is Emma Brodetskaya. I bought the bus tickets for me and my husband from Skopie to Nis at 28.01 at 21:30. Close to the time of departure the bus driver came INTO the bus smoking a cigaret. 1. Is that allowed to smoke inside the busses? 2. I am pregnant on my 6 months, and I can’t smell cigarettes, as I feel bad and sick immediately, and I can puke. So I asked the driver not to smoke inside the bus. He refused to stop smoking and the other driver told me that if I didn’t like it I can go sit in the end of the bus and he screamed at me. Really??? This is the service??? Please explain the driver behavior and I am requesting to have the full refund for the tickets, as it is the least you can do! Emma Bordetskaya.
