I needed to book a train from Samarkand to Bukhara and back. The Uzbekistan site and app are terrible. They force you to have an account but you cant without an Uzbek number. 12go asia was recommended by Gemini i booked easily. It took sometime for ticket back to arrive in my mail but it had. Ticket passed all was good. The fast train is very impressive.

Bus was on time and comfortable. 4.5 hrs without break/toilet stop. Bus driver could've smoked then rather than while driving which made the bus smell like cigarettes

The cleanliness when we hoarded was awful. Rubbish anywhere, toilets dirty. Floor in toilet wet, staff sitting around on their phones and the place was filthy, we had to clean our own tables and seats and throw other peoples rubbish away.

There were several buses at around 3 am. Although I asked the person wearing an ALL COMFORT jacket, he said , looking at my 3 am e-tickethat, this is not your bus, next bus is yours. I showed my ticket to the bus driver and he let me get on the bus. The bus left the bus terminal at 2 :50 earlier than 3 am. The problem is that no one tried to check QR code on the e-ticket to avoid any human error.

The compartment didn't have doors, so people were passing by a lot, including a guy selling food, calling loudly. Fortunately we were traveling only during the daytime because it would have been very hard to sleep. The upper bunks are very narrow with no headroom, so you can't sit up. The bottom bunks are much better - still narrow, but at least you can sit up.

The overall experience was great. The bus came on time and was very comfortable. The bus terminal in Samarkand was great with options to purchase food and water for the journey and clean bathrooms. The bus stop in Bukhara was at a market place with the dirtiest toilets thus far on our trip. But there were also taxis available and restaurants.

No problems with 12go service but this is a sleeper train from Tashkent that arrives Bukhara at 05:30 am, so most bunks already full of sleeping passengers and their luggage, making it a bit awkward for joining passengers
