Emiliano Pick up and drop off was good and on time. I had a bit of a poor experience because I was unaware of the seating system when I booked my ticket. I had sat down in an empty seat, but later the driver moved me to the front seat next to him, which was different, and less comfortable than the seats pictured in the ad. Just be aware that you might be moved around if you are traveling solo.

Matilda OThe car and ride was good but communication leading to the trip was bad. We booked a 7:30 car but got a message to be ready and waiting at 7:00-7:15. We did that and came to the meeting spot a bit before 7. At 7:25 we still had heard nothing, so a local guy helped us call and they just said that the car would come at 8 now, no explanation or apologies. Very annoying to have to get up before 6 to arrange a ride to the meeting point and not get any updates. Another company we used before regularly sent us messages asking about our situation and telling us where they were, so this is possible.

Sonia BWe bought two tickets and when the bus picked us up (1 hour later) we had the two front seats, next to the driver. Very small and uncomfortable, no room for legs or handbags. Then you look back and see the other passengers, who paid the same fare, but comfortably seating like kings!
