first of all we got three 5 mins before we were supposed to, LOWK scared we were gonna be late as it says to get to buss stop 30 mins prior to leaving however we waited an Hour in the heat for no reason until we left. what ze freak, then to top it all off they dropped us off at a random street corner in the middle of nowhere, not in sauraha and said we need to get a tuk tuk the rest of the way. I asked why weren’t going to the buss terminal and the guy said i’m not going that far. end of story. sick mate ill just go fuck myself then, thanks

The bus was very cold (no heating) and the driver just arrived 2 minutes before departure. Therefore, the windows were covered by mist for the first 30 minutes. Furthermore, the seats were poorer, less comfortable and with less space in between (bad for taller people) than shown on the booking website of 12go - because the trip has been operated by a different bus company than indicated on the booking website and written on the voucher.
