Susan Good driver and comfortable bus. Departure was 30mins after scheduled time. No information was provided about how to check in bag. We were charged to put our 2 small backpacks in the luggage compartment.

Sibeta TThe departure bus station is hard to find, plan in extra time and double check on site if you’re in the right place. Not a fan of the stops that the bus takes for lunch or dinner break, but apparently that’s necessary. Otherwise great ride.

Rosa MWe arrived on time but for some reason they changed our booking to a later one so we had to wait an hour more. Maybe because our bus wasn’t fully booked… the bus we did take was really dirty and no AC, but we had a small stop to get something to drink.

Juliana BOur pick up point that we received with our booking indicated the old station, when we got there we were informed the station is closed, so we had to take another taxi to the new station.

Alexandre AThe bus left at 11:00 instead of the scheduled 10:30 departure, and it was a bit noisy during the journey. There were also frequent stops to pick up passengers, which made the journey feel longer than necessary.
The driver was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the service could be more organised, particularly with departure times and the number of stops along the way.
