I can't recommend this busservice to any tourist nor consider as a first class bus. The seats were dirty and some broken. 8hrs trip ended in 10 hrs. Never again!

The route had many stops along the way and it arrived 1.5hrs later than expected, and there was no proper stop for a meal. Other than that there was no issue and worth what you pay for

Train from Marrakesh was late so missed our connection. No information given. Toilet on first train medieval with no lock (and that was first class). Hi speed train from Casablanca was excellent.

We had a trip from Marrakesh to Tangier with 35 mins transfer in Casablanca. Train from Marrakesh to Casablanca left on time, but arrived in Casablanca 35 mins later. On this train, the controller told us not to be worried, as our next train will wait for us and delay its departure. However, the railway station worker did not let us to access the platform, and we missed the train to Tangier. We were allowed to board the next train one hour later, but there was an issue of sharing the same sits with another passengers. Lucky us, the train was not full, and everybody had a seat. But this incident made our experience not so nice as we were expecting.

We used 2 trains. The first was older and fully booked, the second was like a modern TGV. 12GO sent the tickets 20 hours before departure, although we booked it weeks before.

It was very confusing in the booking and finding your seat because it was hard to know from the ticket if first or second class was booked and the difference in service was quite different from train to train.

The bullet train from Tangier to Casablanca is an amazing comfortable journey that leaves in time and arrives on time. The Casablanca to Marrakech was very very hot and uncomfortable
