GetByBus False Info. Bus was clean. Bought this ticket as GetByBus claimed a mobile ticket was accepted. Driver refused to accept confirmation of ticket and payment. Finally relented. Smoked throughout the ride.

Delay. The rest of the ride was smooth. The bus was one and half hours late and nobody new anything about it. The bus station staff couldn’t care less. We had to wait in the heat at a dirty bus station and keep checking the incoming buses not to mis ours. I know the company is not responsible for the delay (heavy traffic) but better communication would have helped. Either provide updated info on the web, or email or a text. It was pretty stressful. Had we missed the bus, we would have had to book new accommodation, since there was no other connection that day. Compared to central Europe I find the fare rather high for such a short distance.

ot accepted. I had to pay a. Once underway -- after an hour-and-a-half delay -- the journey went without incident. The air conditioning was good for a very hot travel day. The seats were clean and comfortable. I'm not sure the bus was Lalaovic. It was Prevoz. The bus was very late in arriving. And no information was given to waiting passengers. My downloaded copy of the online ticket was not accepted at the gate. I -- as well as a number of others -- had to que up and pay an additional 2.20 euros supplement to get the "accepted ticket." Also had to pay an additional 1.50 euros for a small bag that was stowed below. Only two seats were available by the time I got onboard, which was kind of unnerving, considering that I bought my online ticket well in advance of the journey. Also I didn't like seeing the driver on his cell phone for a rather extended period of time. Not acceptable when you have the lives of 50+ people in your hands, and going through mountainous landscapes.
