택시가 늦어져서 미팅 장소에 도착하는 데 조금 늦었습니다. 전화해서 상황을 설명하고 5분 정도 기다려 달라고 했습니다. 하지만 전화는 계속 울리고 결국 끊어졌습니다. 결국 약속 장소에 정시에 도착했습니다. 버스를 30분에서 45분 정도 기다렸습니다. 다시는 그렇게 기다릴 필요가 없을 것 같습니다. 나머지 여정은 즐거웠습니다.

Ich wurde am Telefon nur angeschrien und letztendlich weggedrückt. Kam dann doch noch rechtzeitig am Treffpunkt an. Gewartet habe ich ca 30-45 min auf den Bus. Muss nicht nochmal sein.
Die restliche Fahrt war angenehm.

An expensive but comfortable, easy and quick option.
Had to wait 1 hour in the rain only to get on a dirty bus which stopped every 5 minutes to let locals get off at the side of the road. Employee at Khao Sok Van Station was very impolite and could not tell us when the bus was coming or why it was late. When i asked her a question she kept looking at her phone without answering. Only after i asked 3 times she looked at me. The Bus employee was very friendly and accommodating.

Had to stand in the van for 30 minutes. Driver was rude and the personnel at the van station were rude. When asked about the lack of seats, we were repeatedly ignored.

We booked the bus from Khao Sok - Phuket at 11 AM. The bus arrived at 12:30 PM and there was no notice from the company. After that there were many stops along the way including a 30 min stop. Eventually we reached our destination 1.5 hours later than what was supposed to be. The bus itself was okay. Air conditioning can be better for the cost of the ride.

The bus I was in was leaking in the inside. And in the place where they store the luggage under the bus, my carrier somehow got half drenched even though it had a rain cover on already. It seems the bus itself had major leaking problems. Besides that it is okay.

Not sure if it was the van or driver but it was very swervey and uncomfortable. Heavy on the pedals including hitting the breaks frequently.
