EXTRA CHARGES. THE JOURNEY ITSELF WENT SMOOTH. I WAS CHARGED FOR VALIDATION OF MY TICKET FOR WHICH I PAID ONLINE AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR EACH PIECE OF A LUGGAGE THE BUS HAD OVER AN HOUR DELAY AT HERCEG NOVI AND 2 HOURS DELAY AT MOSTAR.

Delate is Not a Problem, wegen thinks Happen. Bit some times a little information to other wold be. The person that attend me at the station was very helpful and kind. Delaying time, and for a bus with almost 70 people, the conditions for some sits weren’t optimal for a trip couple hours long.

We had to get a taxi to Mostar as the bus was an hour and a half late then the bus driver just sat. The bus arrived an hour and a half late. Once the driver arrived he got off said nothing to no one and sat and had a coke in the cafe. We were stood in the heat with a 3 month old and 2 year old and got ignored. We continued to wait for the driver but after he didn’t move for another 30 mins we had to get a taxi to Mostar as had no more time to waste.
