저희는 주문한 대로 오후 5시 30분 출발 예정인 놀이기구를 타러 갔습니다. 오전 5시에 도착했는데, 현장에는 체크인하는 사람도 없었고, 어떤 알림이나 연락도 없었습니다. WhatsApp으로 연락했지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다. 마침내 오후 6시 10분쯤에야 연결이 되었는데, 나중에 사장님이 전날 몸이 안 좋아서 주문한 것을 보지 못했다고 하셨습니다. 썩 좋은 경험은 아니었지만, 다행히 아무 문제 없이 출발할 수 있었습니다.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The departure was perfectly on time, and we were given a bottle of water on the bus. There was also a 20-minute break during the journey.
We also had a very friendly guide who accompanied us throughout the whole journey. He explained everything clearly, told us about each stage of the trip and always let us know what we would be doing next, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.
The transfer to Cat Ba was very well organised, including the speedboat/ferry to the island. What pleasantly surprised me the most was that all passengers were then dropped off directly at their hotels — I honestly wasn’t expecting that at all!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Everything was well organised, comfortable and punctual. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again whenever I travel in Asia.

The overall journey was on time, bus elements of the trip were comfortable and relaxing however the same can not be said for the boat element. As the boat after sunset it was dark, no lights inside the boat whatsoever, what I was most concerned about however is that the driver didn’t see a Massive floating Navigation Aid which had clear flashing green lights and we ended up slamming into it at speed. This jolted the boat cause discomfort and concern for ourselves and a lot of other people. This incident wasn’t even acknowledged by the crew and no apology given which is quite concerning. If it wasn’t for 1 member of the crew shouting at the driver to turn it would have been full head on collision which could have turned out much worse.
