Anonymous Driver was smoking in the bus and talking on his cellphone for long periods. rip and talking on his. Driver was not friendly, stopped very few times, aircon was insufficient driver was smoking during the drive and using his cellphone making calls and taking calls.

Anonymous Good bus, everything else bad. There two buses, one from Durres to Podgorica, the other from Podgorica to Kotor, both pretty good, large, decent A/C, clean. Both drivers were rude, but the first one was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, he was very aggressive towards a girl, the passengers were discussing this. He also had no manners addressing the passengers. The music the drivers were playing was too loud in both buses. They need to understand they are serving paying customers and not driving their private cars. We were 1 hour and a half late to Kotor, so that's 8.5 hours of trip, not 7. For this I don't blame the company. Breaks were just two and reasonable in duration. But the traffic was unbelievable and border crossing took a lot of time. I do blame the company for false advertising, it's not possible to do this trip in 7 hours in August with these kind of roads and traffic.

Anonymous Trip went well allthough it was very hot day, and the bus was quite hot. The driver informed us, if there was stops on the way. That allowed us to step out and purchase water. The bus station was poorly informed at Durres.
