WhatsApp communication was excellent. We booked the minibus but as we were the only people who had booked our particular service, they sent a car instead. A photo of the car and contact number for the driver was sent to me in advance. The car was comfortable and we arrived in good time.

We booked through 12go Asia as we have had good experiences when booking rail tickets. Despite the terrible typhoon and the destruction of the railway lines in Sri Lanka they provided refunds and excellent service.
The price offered was better than any taxi company in Colombo and the driver turned up on time in a spotlessly clean car.
Really delighted with the service and will now be using them for other transfers around Sri Lanka
