The driver drove very well but very slowly, and made us stop for a 40-minute break. We arrived almost two and a half hours later than scheduled, and there was no traffic at all!!!! We missed our connection 😩

The best ride ever. It was smooth and very comfortable. The seats' massaging was incredible. The space and how modulable the seat was were awesome. I could easily sleep without feeling any kind of ache or tiredness at the end of the travel.

The bus was completely full, so people don't stop to move in all the stops we had. It also stopped so much, and the driver was crazy!! He drove very very fast and it was so difficult to get some sleep. Also, I thought the last stop would be Kuala Lumpur, but I got surprised when, finally, I achieved to sleep for a while, they didn't say anything and when I woke up we already left from kuala Lumpur and we were going down. Lucky I had data in my phone to check Google maps. So I've ran to the driver and told him to stop, or ask him if we is returning because they didn't say anything about Kuala Lumpur stop. But he keep driving and told me, next stop 30 minutes to the south, and we already were like 50km from Kuala Lumpur... I was so angry and I had to beg him to stop because I couldn't go even more far... Was my first experience and I think my last too..
