Boat 30% full. Weather warning but really smooth crossing sitting in the back. Takes some time to load & unload so ~15min trip but leave terminal after 30min.
탑승 지점이 지도에 잘못 표시되어 있습니다… 실제 탑승 지점으로 달려가는 동안 페리를 거의 놓칠 뻔했습니다.

Boarding point was wrong on map… nearly missed ferry as we ran to the actual boarding point.

Very very disappointed. I booked two tickets for the 28th with extra for insurance. When I received the confirmation it was for another day. When I went to the desk company, the made me believe it was my mistake and they said to check with12go but the helpline was useless and it said non refundable... So I had to buy other tickets. It costs me a lot
When I arrived at the harbor, I met two others women who the same thing happened. So don't take this company and take screenshots when you make a reservation

The ship we initially booked for left the port 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. So we had to wait 1,5 hrs for the next one. Besides from that the trip was great

Very friendly staff and the boat was is good condition. We even managed to get on one boat earlier than our ticket. The way to Nusa Penida took only 25min. Everything was as on time.
Ferry boat left the harbour very late. Check in supposed to happen 12.30. They started late a nd the boat left the harbour with 1 hour delay with no information about the delay

We hat to come 1 hour before, that is still to much for check in. And then we hat to wait further time (again more than 1 h) because the ferry came to late. The ferry back was delated (why???) and the next one will leave 4 hours later!!! What shall we do in this time with all bagage? We lost many lifetime because of this. The men there are friendly and engaged. That was positive.
