    Sind angekommen. Flug hatte Verspätung. Schon einen Tag vorm Flug kam die Mail, dass der Flug sich um 35min verspätet. Zu der verspäteten Zeit, kam der Flieger Grade erst an. Also hatten wir über eine Stunde Verspätung. Es war noch ein bisschen Müll von dem Flug vorher vorhanden.

    I'm quite tall (203 cm)o just sitting in a regular place is horrible. Lucked out by sitting in a hot seat (it's red, no idea why it's a hot seat) with a space between me and a fellow traveler. So I could shift my legs to the free space so I was sitting quite well. Took an hour in total to get to bankok and bags were really fast at the belt

    Everything worked very smooth, which actually surprised me. There were no queues, the personal was very friendly. Planes are made for shorter people but the staff helped to accommodate if there were free spots with more space for legs. Everything was on time.

    Flying with Thai AirAsia was a mistake. Sadly, it was the best option when I went to book. Delayed check-in and delayed flight by about 20 to 30 minutes. They said we weren't allowed to eat or drink anything on board the aircraft due to covid-19, which is utterly ridiculous. The cabin crew didn't care that the guy next to me was using his phone while we were taxiing to the runway and also did not tell him to put his carry on luggage under the seat in front of him. No thank you's or good-byes when getting off either.

    Bought 2 plane tickets from Chiang Mai to Phuket. I asked a checkin baggage of 25Kg for each When I arrived to the airport, I found out that it was issued on ticket without checked in baggage. I had to pay at the airport 2050 Baht for the additional baggage. On the other hand, It was issued an insurance policy that I waived, as it was a one way ticket. I am upset!!!

    Flight was good, but connecting flight overlay was extremely poor. Hanoi airport extremely over priced, using American currency is useless.

    Guter Check in leider ist der Flughafen echt in die Jahre gekommen und Air Asia Flieger sind nichts für große Menschen ich bin 187cm groß und hatte vorne am Knie keinen Zentimeter mehr Platz:/

    Plane clean but very tight, no let room for a person of 6 feet tall. Flight was 1:45 mins and you didn't even get water!!! I like Vietnam Air much better.

    As aircraft was half empty, all seats for tall people with extra legs space were available. Me as very tall I try to seat on those seats but air hostess wouldn't allow me to do so. I was very disappointed. I have never experienced this with another world wide companies.

    Well boarding was delayed and unlike my last flight from Bali to Bangkok. This time due to the wait they just took all passengers at once. Then we were delayed late take off by an hour nearly. Which caused delays for futher travels:(

    Flight on time. Good legroom and seat. Efficient service. Reasonable price. Inconvenient to have to print out tickets.
