Li DAll our luggage for the ferry meets the website’s allowance: one suitcase and one carry-on per person, with no excess weight or extra items. But the shuttle driver, who provides transfer service between the ferry and the connecting bus, charged us 200 THB cash privately, saying our luggage was oversized. This contradicts the policy shown on the website, and we question the platform’s credibility.

Steve BFerry trip was great, bus ride was very long and not all that comfortable, mould on the curtains, no WiFi and no usb charging ports.
