We had language barrier to communicate, and she was a completely “zero notion” person, eating bad smelling food inside a bus. I was expecting the bus was a more clean place, with rules (specially about eating inside), and I wish there was someone to make her seat on her place.

Mohammad We are currently riding this bus from Toshkent to Samarkand and are extremely disappointed with the service. We notice hundreds of similar reviews and urge the company or Uzbek transport regulator to investigate. The bus driver has not stopped for over three hours on this bumpy road. There are no washrooms on the bus and children aboard are crying. The bus has not stopped despite us requesting a washroom stop. This is torture. We will never use this transport company again. Juan IWe were very confused; we started out in one car, switched to another after 15 km, waited about 30 minutes, and ultimately completed the trip in the second vehicle.
