1. i booked my Sapa to Da Nang. And the company or the website failed to mention this was a 2-bus ride. One of the admin/staff (female) in the Sa Pa office was also not helpful and quite rude. Good thing there was another staff member was there and very helpful
2. There were no slippers provided for our Hanoi-Da Nang trip. I thought this was a practice for all buses but we had a stop over somewhere and I saw the G8 buses had been providing slippers to their customers. For a 13-hour trip with several stop overs, this is uncomfortable.
3. Trip from Hanoi to Da Nang also left late. But good thing, we still arrived on time.

Brian JThe overall operator who handled my booking was very accommodating. However, the buses were a little disappointing. The trip involved two buses. It was a connecting trip. The first bus dropped me at the wrong location due to a miscommunication. The second bus on the other hand made me nearly late for my flight to KL because they were picking up packages and passengers countless times.

Matthew CI took a 23 hour VIP Cabin from Sapa to De Nang. I would highly recommend! Great service, plenty of toilet stops. Download a few films and you’ll be fine! I’d recommend staping into the seatbelt whilst sleeping. 10/10 experience.
