I booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight. As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

I booked for 3 pm, but the bus came around 4.10 pm, that was so fucking late!!

I have had a return transfer with OUROS Travel and had amazing experience with them. The supports, the quality of car, the professional driver, all is top notched. Highly recommended provider.

Seat was comfy enough but aircon was very cold. Got collected earlier than expected which was ok because I was waiting. The other people in my mini van arrived later than they’d booked so I got lucky but they were unhappy. Driver stopped so often to run his own errands.

An hour an 10 minutes later than expected. Driver was playing very loud Vietnamese music on repeat and would not turn it down.

The vehicle was comfortable. The staff coordinated the pick up well and checked on us to make sure we were on board. Since all the passengers were early the vehicle left early.

40 minutes de retard part rapport a l’heure de départ annoncé sinon tout est OK

Dover arrived on time yet picking up the passenger along the way and didn’t assign seat which is really uncomfortable to travel considering other travellers Better safe than sorry but had quick stop if changing all tires just the car was started to roll on the road.

Vehicle arrived 30 minutes late (we were told to be ready at 9.45, car arrived 10.16) and we were late to the airport by 15 minutes or so by the responses were really quick so that eased my mind. The car was comfortable and sat 5 passengers, I suspect due to low number of users of the service.

We bought a ticket for an 11:30 ride. The bus came and there were 2 people inside already who had been picked up at 11. We waited in the same spot for over an hour until some people who bought tickets for the 12:30 ride came and off we went. This company offers a lot of time slots but only leaves when they fill the bus, so do not trust the time it will take to arrive to destination as you may spend a looooong time waiting in the bus.
