バスの運転手は信じられないほど反社会的で、女性もプライバシーを守っておしっこできるようにトイレのために停車することを拒否した......。ヘッドライト6個とバスのサイドライト全部を向けられ、道路の横でおしっこをしなければならなかった。これほど危険を感じたことはない。 その上、ピックアップポイントの紳士は反社会的な嫌な奴だった。私たちはピックアップに乗せられたが、そのピックアップは私たちのバッグを汚いバックボックスにぶちまけた。私たちがバスに乗ろうとすると（バスは50分遅れていた）、彼らはすでに私たちに怒鳴っていた。運転手は一番後ろで寝始めるので、ある時、バスの運転手（ちなみにスペースは全部ある）が、私の首の5センチほどの距離で、きっちりいびきをかいていた...。私は別の場所に座ったんだけど......。最後に、怒鳴られないことを確認したかったので、停車5分前に荷物を持って前の方に座ったら、バスの運転手が左手にタバコ、右手にメモ帳と携帯を交互に持ち、道路を見ている時間が1割くらいあった......。 ベッドも清潔とは思えなかったし、毛布は臭かった。 ひどい乗り心地、ひどいサービス。リムジンバスに乗ることをお勧めします。

De buschauffeurs waren ontzettend asociaal en ze weigerden te stoppen voor een toilet zodat vrouwen ook konden plassen met een beetje privacy... Ik heb moeten plassen naast de weg met 6 koplampen en alle zijlampen van de bus op mij gericht en er stonden nog wat mannen te joelen van 50 meter afstand. Ik heb me nog nooit zo onveilig gevoeld. Naast dit was de meneer bij de pickup point een asociale zak. We werden opgehaald door een pickup die onze tassen in zijn vieze achterbak smeet. Toen we de bus in wouden stappen (bus was zelf 50 minuten te laat) stonden ze al tegen ons te schreeuwen. De chauffeurs gaan helemaal achterin liggen slapen dus op gegeven moment lag een buschauffeur (met overigens alle ruimte) precies met zijn hoofd in mijn nek te snurken van 5 cm afstand.. Ik ben zelf maar ergens anders gaan zitten.. Tot slot wouden wij zeker weten dat er niet tegen ons geschreeuwd werd dus wij zijn zo’n 5 minuten voor onze halte voorin gaan zitten met onze spullen en toen zagen we de buschauffeur met een sigaret in zijn linkerhand, een notitieblok in zijn rechterhand afwisselend met een telefoon en zo’n 10% van de tijd keek hij naar de weg….. de bedjes leken trouwens ook echt niet schoon en de dekentjes stonken.. VERSCHRIKKELIJKE RIT, VERSCHRIKKELIJKE SERVICE, IK ZOU DIT IEDEREEN AFRADEN… NEEM DE LIMOUSINEBUS..

最初は否定的なレビューを読んで半信半疑でしたが...私と妻は時間通りに迎えに来てくれました。バスは市内（ハロン）には入れないので、私たちは実際のバスに連れて行かれました。到着すると、オペレーターが荷物をバスに積み込むのを手伝ってくれました。その後、靴を入れるためのビニール袋が2つ用意された。バスはかなり清潔だったが、念のため座席とベッドを消毒した。座席はまあまあで、体格にもよりますが、私の意見では10段階中5です。 私は身長170センチ、体重200ポンドで、座席やベッドにほとんど入らなかった！ 到着時（ほぼ時間通り）、オペレーターが私たちを起こし、到着したことを知らせ、荷物を降ろしてくれました。全体的に、私は絶対にもう一度やり直したいと思います。12goAsiaは、18時間前に予約したにもかかわらず、私の旅行を確認しました。リーズナブルで良い旅行でした。

I was skeptical at first reading them negative reviews BUT… My wife and I were picked up on time. We were taken to the actual bus since the bus wasn’t allowed in the city (Ha Long). Upon arrival, the operator assisted us with loading our luggage into the bus. We were then provided with 2 plastic bags to put our shoes in. The bus was fairly clean but we sanitized our seats/beds just to be sure. The seats were ok, 5 out of 10 in my opinion depending on how big you are, I’m 5’10, 200 lbs and I barely fit in them seats/beds. If they stop for bathroom/restroom break, GO! Upon arrival (pretty much on time), the operator woke us up and informed us we have arrived and unloaded our luggage. Overall, I would absolutely do it all over again. 12goAsia confirmed my trip even tho we booked it 18 hours ahead. Reasonable, good trip.

The bus changed location pick up, that was ok. But we waited at the location and the bus didn’t come. I happen to see a blue bus drive by on the street and park a way down the street. We had to run to the bus for a bit and I have a bad knee. The driver was rude. The bus was noisy for a sleeper bus. But the biggest issue is that the did not pull into where they said pick up would be. It was only by chance we saw it. My knee aches for the next day affecting my trip.

Drivers left before the time and arrived 1h before the scheduled time. Didn’t allow for any toilet breaks.

actually it was not bad but the driver was a really bad guy he was not nice

A lot pf people sleeping on the corridor.. this leads to you cobstantly getting pushed in your seat and a difficult sleep

Narrow seats, 3 in a row, driver was speeding and braking all the time, so we waren't able to sleep at all, we're sliding all over the seat, bus salon was filled with cigarette smoke. But we arrived 2 hours early.

Well organized pick up, Easy communication through hotline. Gad good sleep. Arrived at 3:30am, not at 7am.

It actually went great! For pickup I had to text for them to find me but I was picked up in a small car and then taken to the bus. The bus ride was normal and I made it to my destination. Overall happy with the experience.

The Bus was pretty cool and the cabinets were big enough. But the drive was so bad. We just paused 3 times in a 10h trip and the driver was so fast that we arrived 2,5h before the estimated time! We couldn't sleep because we've been shaking around in that cabin and we were afraid to look out the window.
