Kiêu PFine as they were active on WhatsApp to arrange everything. However the staff in the bus was not respectful and was playing very loud noise in the night. A lot of facilities of the cabin were barely working or destroyed. And told us they will arrange a véhicule for us to go to the station but forgot to mention prices so we where surprised to pay at the end even if it’s normal at least tell us about it. But the overall ride was ok.

Jesse WFirst bus was good, then we got left at Hanoi with no communication or any idea where our next bus was at 4am.
It didn't say anything on the tickets about 2 busses and the driver just said get off. I had to call the hotline and we waited for 45 mins standing in a dirty alley for a pick up. Then we had 2 more transfers in freezing cold vans.

A plus is that we arrived in tam coc on time
The first bus that took us in Hanoi was a bit unclean and not very comfortable
For all these we payed 800k each witch is very expensive for the quality of the trip

Ilja TFive car switches, without telling the reasons. Every switch out of nowhere, so no time for preparing us (shoes on again, stuff packing…). We were travelling as family with 3 year old, no recommendation for travelling with kids! Four of five drivers told us to hurry in between or we’re just unfriendly.
