    　また、ラッシュアワーに移動する場合（特に出発地の交通事情に慣れていない場合）は、時間に余裕を持って行動しましょう。
  • バスは、電車や飛行機よりも高頻度で予定が狂う交通手段です。事故、道路工事、迂回路など、予測不可能な道路状況に大きく左右される可能性があります。特に、週末やハイシーズン、祝祭日にこの傾向が強いです。このことを念頭に置いて、無理な乗り継ぎをしないようにしてください。

No stops or communication. No toilet stops or toilet on board and no communication as to when there was time to get off. The driver didn’t count or check anyone on or off bus so could have easily driven off without someone. Meant for a very uncomfortable 4 hour ride!

I liked that there was free WiFi in the buss, which should be a standard by now, but it's not in Bosnia, so I was pleasantly surprised. I really didn't like the music, it was quite irritating.

The bus driver was harrsing my fiance. Overall, the trip was comfortable, and the seats were also comfortable. The journey was comfortable until we arrived at the station in Banja Luka. That's when things took a turn as the bus driver began flirting with my fiancée, who was waiting outside for me. He asked her impolite and rude questions until I intervened and put a stop to it. My fiancée felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Great service. The driver was pleasant to interact with even though we do not speak the local language. We did not arrive much later than planned, so it was great! The bus was very hot for the first half of the trip, so it was a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, the air conditioning was eventually turned on.

Slightly late leaving and arriving (about 10-15 minutes) but otherwise no issues. Fairly smooth comfortable ride and no music was good! The driver began to pull away without stowing the luggage - had to be reminded to do this.

Trip to Višegrad from Sarajevo. The bus ride was fine, wonderful landscape on the way, we departed on schedule and reached Višegrad on time. The eastern bus terminal of Sarajevo ist not easy to reach by public transport, it’s far off the city center, I had to take a taxi. On the Bus, the radio was on and quite loud throughout the entire trip.

Normalno, ok. Išli smo prema redu vožnje, zakasnili smo samo nekoliko malo minuta. Ne bilo hladno u autobusu. Sve u redu. Bila jedna pauza 10 min, tokom takve duge vožnje su mogle biti radije dvije.

Vozac jako ljubazan susretljiv ugodna voznja jedino sto je problem sto sam stigla u subotu a morala. Putovanje jako ugodno vozac staja pravio pauze na s pusace jako vazna stavka kao i wece veliko hvala vama i divnom vozacu na jako lijepom kratkom ali slatkom putovanju. Pa autobus nije bas cist i internet jako los.

Naplaćuju i za mali kabinski kofer u polupraznom autobusu. Red vožnje je ispoštovan. Naplaćuju i za mali kabinski kofer u polupraznom autobusu, znači nemate stvari pri ruci. Razumio bih to da je kofer velik ili sa je autobus pun, ali ništa od tog nije bio slučaj nego im se radi o tom da ugrabe 2 KM. Usput voljeli ili ne slušate zavijanje nekih narodnjaka i to toliko glasno da i kad stavite svoje slušalice više čujete radio.

le chauffeur m'a demandé le billet papier. horaire respecté. le chauffeur voulait le billet papier. Il n'était pas demandé de l'imprimer lors de la réservation comme sur certain trajet que j'ai fait. Il m'a tout de même accepté de monter dans le bus.

Nichtanerkennung der online Fahrkarte. Der busfahrer weigerte sich mein Online Ticket als Ticket anzuerkennen. Er war sehr unfreundlich und liess sich auch nichts erklären. Errst als er nach längerer Zeit mit seinem AG telefonierte, löste sich alles. Eine Entschuldigung für seine äußerst unfreundliche Art.. Fehlanzeige. Sehr unprofessionell!
