ありのまま書きます。元々予想していた悪いケースに遭遇しました。 VIP CAR とタイトルにあるけど実際に来たのは30年くらい前の古い日本車。定刻より2時間遅れて到着。お詫びもない。来ない間サポートに連絡を入れると「目的地に到着したら旅の感想をお聞かせください」と返信が来る。 時間と設備に広い許容範囲を持って予約してください。

大学生の息子&娘と3人での移動 長時間なこともあり、寝ていけるように大きい車種でお願いしました 当日来た車は5人乗りのセダン お願いしていたものと違う車が来て驚き 時間も無いので、そのまま出発 ドライバーさんの運転は安全、道中ジュースを買ってもらいました 出発時にごたごたしたものの、タクシー利用自体は良かったです

良かった点としては、時間通りにきてくれていたこと、到着も時間通りだったこと、エアコンの効いた車内だったことです。 悪かった点は、何度言っても大音量で流す音楽と、よくわからないアラビア語の音楽で30分程度一緒に踊ることを強要されたこと、途中で友達の店と行われて寄ったお店でぼったくられたこと（後でマージンをもらいに行ってました）、こちらのスマホで勝手に不要な写真や動画を撮らされまくり、その後動画を送れとしつこかったのと、途中で警察に停められてエアコンを止めた激暑い車内で10分近く待たされたこと、運転が荒すぎて（基本120km/hでアスワンの街中でも80km/h）何度も事故を起こしそうな場面があって怖かったこと、上記の感じであったにも関わらず、こちらも大金を払っているのに追加でチップを200EGP請求され、断ってもずっとしつこく粘られた（渋って100EGPしか渡さなかった）ことです。 上記を踏まえ、日本人の旅行者にはinDriveのアプリで自分で設定した金額でタクシーに乗るということをおすすめします。

Journey from Luxor to Cairo booked with our family of four (normally an 8-hour journey) through 12Go with the “company” Everyday Bus. We were picked up on time in a spacious minivan, but that is where the positive part of the story ends. Two additional passengers travelled with us at our expense — presumably the driver’s wife and a friend — and together they occupied four of the nine available seats (we had five seats for four people remaining). Our luggage was simply thrown into the van despite us repeatedly warning the driver that we had fragile items inside. Even after these warnings, another suitcase belonging to the friend was simply thrown on top of our fragile suitcase. The result: two of the four vases we had bought as souvenirs in Luxor were broken, representing a loss of €120. The 23-year-old woman in our family was constantly stared at by the additional passenger, to the point that we had to create a makeshift partition to separate her from him. Needless to say, she felt extremely uncomfortable for the remainder of the journey. The van constantly smelled of exhaust fumes and petrol. The driver and his friend also smoked inside the van while driving. The air conditioning did not work properly. On several occasions, part of the dashboard had to be dismantled so that some wiring could be adjusted, after which the air conditioning would work again for approximately 15 to 30 minutes. We had to stop three times because parts underneath the vehicle had come loose. Once we arrived in Cairo, the driver and his friend did not know how to find their way to Giza. We spent two and a half hours driving around in circles, resulting in extremely dangerous situations on the motorway: swerving across lanes, changing lanes at the very last moment, stopping on the road to look for directions, cutting off other cars, etc. In the end, we, as foreign passengers, had to show them the way using Google Maps. One of us had to sit next to the driver and effectively act as a co-pilot, giving directions in time to avoid further dangerous situations. Their explanation was simply: “It’s a big country, you know…” Upon arrival, they even had the nerve to ask us for cigarettes and a 500 EGP tip. After confronting them with everything that had happened, they offered compensation in the form of a shuttle from Giza to Cairo Airport, valued at $50. We politely declined and booked a luxury vehicle ourselves for $20. So, what did this journey cost us? €180 for the original journey €120 for the broken vases Fear and intimidation experienced by the young woman in our family Extreme anxiety caused by the highly dangerous driving situations Headaches for everyone due to stress, fear and exhaust fumes Everyone being completely exhausted and going straight to bed upon arrival simply to recover In other words: an entire day of our holiday completely ruined. Never again Everyday Bus!!! And 12Go… well, offering a service like this on your platform raises some serious questions. I am very curious to see what level of quality you consider acceptable and what your response to this complaint will be. At this point, we also have serious doubts about 12Go. Of course, there are many good and reliable transport companies. But a service like this should never be allowed to operate on a platform such as 12Go.

Overall it was a good experience. The driver arrived earlier and did some stoppers to lunch and rest. Very comfortable van. Thanks for all!

Good follow-up and communication by the company. The driver is self employed and the company only pays after you confirmed that you arrived at.your destination.

The road and our driver was perfect

Too many stops. Driver stopped 5 times for cigarette and coffee, 2 times for fuel, because the first place first have the correct kind. 1 time to pee on the dive of the road and 1 time to use a toilet. I asked him not to smoke in the car but he did anyway. Many times I saw him scrolling through photos on his phone while driving.

I am Japanese. I booked a taxi VIP 3PAX 38 hours before my scheduled departure. The voucher I received after payment said, "Please send a WhatsApp message to this number," so I used it to confirm the pickup time and location, and the drop-off location. 14 hours before the scheduled departure, I received a WhatsApp message from the driver or someone who seemed to be from his company, confirming the same details again. At that time, I mentioned that there were two of us and therefore two suitcases. In the end, the driver arrived at the designated pickup location on time and dropped us off safely. The trip from my hotel in Aswan to Hurghada Airport took 7 hours, including one rest stop. This was 7 hours via the desert road, so I think it would take an additional 2 hours if that route wasn't taken, so I recommend checking the route beforehand. I thought they only did hotel-to-hotel transfers, but when I told them I wanted to go to Hurghada Airport, they accommodated me. The car was the size shown in the image and had air conditioning inside. They picked us up on time, and the information provided was accurate, so I am satisfied.

Good, no late and safety

Our driver was wonderful, very kind and funny. We felt secure. He was on time. All was perfect

The drive was safe and good, we were lucky to get a great driver Mahmoud Al-Shami, he was very thoughtful and friendly.

The driver was wonderful and the experience was smooth. It was a long trip but we made great time and could stop regularly to use the toilet and buy food.

Everything as expected

Excellent drive from Cairo to Hurghada with Shaaban. The driver was extremely polite and thoughtful. He was careful on the road. Overall a great experience, I already booked my next drive with this company.

The company and the driver forced us to stay overnight at Aswan, because the police officer won't let us pass. My guess is, the company sent us a disqualified driver, resulting in avoiding the highway. What's more, we ordered a 7pax suv, since we have big luggage. But the company just sent us a 5pax suv, resulting in luggage deformation due to over-compression.

Comfortable car, on time arrival, sufficient stops, Jasser is a friendly and very welcoming good driver.

Pick up on time, car is clean but a bit small. We were asked to change car in the middle of the trip which was not mentioned by the operator.

We made a reservation for 7:30 in the morning. They picked us up at 1:00.

The journey was longer because of long check points but the driver was very friendly and drove very Safe.

The trip took significantly longer than the indicated 5 hours. We spent two hours at the city checkpoint. While this is not an issue with the transport company, it would be helpful to provide advance notice about such delays and avoid presenting unrealistic travel times.

Driver was super nervous at driving, didnt feel safe

L'expérience a été globalement moyenne. Lors de la réservation sur 12Go, j'avais choisi un van Mercedes 12 places afin de voyager confortablement. Cependant, le transporteur nous a envoyé un Nissan Qashqai, un véhicule qui ne correspondait pas du tout à la réservation effectuée. Étant 4 adultes de forte corpulence, nous avons passé près de 6 heures de trajet dans des conditions très inconfortables, avec un espace insuffisant pour les passagers. Même le chauffeur a dû avancer son siège au maximum pour permettre à trois personnes de s'installer à l'arrière. Malgré ce problème important, le véhicule était propre. Le chauffeur était très sympathique, poli, serviable et professionnel. Sa conduite était irréprochable, respectant le code de la route, et nous sommes arrivés à destination à l'heure prévue. Je regrette néanmoins que le véhicule fourni n'ait pas correspondu à celui réservé, ce qui a fortement impacté le confort du voyage. Pour une note, ce commentaire correspondrait à environ 3/5 étoiles : bon chauffeur et ponctualité, mais non-respect du véhicule réservé.

Le trajet est difficile. Le chauffeur ne parle pas anglais. Conduite très moyenne. Nous sommes arrivés à destination. Prise en charge avec 1h de retard.

Chauffeur parfois dangereux, surtout pendant certains appels telephone, vitesse très excessive et brutale, et par ailleurs un gentil garçon...

El vehículo llegó puntual para la salida, nos enviaron un vehículo muy cómodo, llegamos a tiempo a nuestro destino, el conductor fue muy formal y la empresa estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto.
