The overall capacity is exceeded as I have to share the chair with four people instead of the intended three. Due to high waves on that day, there's a risk of accidents, and also, the departure is delayed by one hour.

All good otherwise, but Tigerline seems to always be late at least an hour, often more, without informing customers in any way. So, expect some waiting time in the pier and don't book further transport without plenty of time to spare in between.

Boat oversold. Not room for everybody to sit safely. No warning that our stop is last stop

Pleasant different from Tigerline s trip fro Rassada pier to Phi phi on 18 Nov, 23' which was the worse ever speedboat

Vehicle was not as shown in the pictures, no life vests provided, staff was very nice

The boat showed up 1 hour late. After calling customer service (the number is too hard to find online, it should be available here on 12go) we were told the boat is slightly delayed. The person on the other side spoke great English

the departure was delayed but that's okay we were sailing with one broken engine so we were moving very slowly in addition my daughter had a headache because it smelled like fuel and we had to change the boat at sea to get to our destination at all so it wasn't a good trip!

Convenient, easy. They however run late compared to the online schedule. On our trip 40 minutes late.

When we got to Phi Phi they left us with all our baggage on the top and no one to help us, we didn’t know until later that the port has little carts for luggage the boat dropped us off and left, I’m very disappointed because we are 3 women 69 and up without any help, very very bad experience

two hours late on arrival for a journey of one hour and thirty minutes... this is unacceptable

In the morning, the boat was thrown up very strongly, so that it was painful and uncomfortable. Sailing back was great with no problems. And on the way back, the flight was delayed by more than an hour, which caused inconvenience.

In the morning was everything ok, but in the afternoon the boat got 2h delay, than we drove an hour through the pitch dark ocean which was not so nice...

As usual, late arriving. And without the delay, the journey takes more than 2h30 announced. Second time I travel with your company, second time wrong... Vehicle too full from Krabi, so I had to sit on the floor, while all sits occupied. Is that legal ?

Von koh jum ohne anstehen und Gedränge fast pünktlich und zügig nach koh Phi phi. Kleines speadboat- Überfahrt klappte reibungslos. Einstieg war übrigens nicht auf dem Wasser- sondern am Pier. Jederzeit wieder!

When we buy a ticket from Lipe to Phi Phi it is not written that we gonna stop in every island in the way. Boat A: Lipe - Kadran Boat A: Kadran - Hat Yao Pier Boat A: Hat Yao Pier - Muk Boat A: Muk - Ngai Boat A: Ngai - Lanta Car: Changing Pier in Lanta Boat B: Lanta - Phi Phi It took 1 hour more, we arrived 14h in PhiPhi. The Boat from Lipe was not big, so we feel all the waves in our backs. There was a baby in the boat and we are afraid for him because of the impact of the waves (if it was a bigger boat the impact would be smoother).

The boatride in itself was fine, unfortunately the boat arrived one hour late, the only person that seemed concerned was the person on duty in had yai. The boat staff did not apologise but this is because they only spoke very little English.

They took more passengers than chairs and life vests available on board. A very risky situation, in case something happens. And the sea is always unpredictable...

We hired a boat from Ao Nang to Ko Lipe, duration 4 hours. However, it took 6h 45. Is there any chance that someone could pay for this kind of service if the person knows the itinerary?

Compared to the way to the island it was all in time.

We were stuffed into the bow on seats at an angle where we bore the brunt of the pounding waves. It was very uncomfortable. Why not allow assigned seating?

Von uns wurden ohne Grund THB100 verlangt für die Fahrt mit dem Longtail-Boot. So eine Frechheit! Wir wurden jedoch direkt am Pier vom speedboat abgeholt und es gab zu keiner Sekunde einen Fahrt mit einem Longtail-Boot. Dafür möchte ich mein Geld zurück!

Trop de monde dans un petit bateau, pas beaucoup de place et la traversée a prit une heure de plus

The trip was much longer then expected, as it was on the trip to go to Koh Lipe. The Crüe don't call the name of the names of the islands, some people missed the stops and we had to come back, loosing 40 more minutes

The boat was bigger than the one i tooked on the way in. The only problem was the many stops that we have. About in 4 different islands to pick and deliver passengers and one island to change the boat. Everything was on time, but it was very tiring.

Service was good and the driver was very nice, very nice clear vehicle. But the boat was brutal - slammed my spine out of whack for days.

30 minutes delay from Koh Lanta with no information. Engine problem in Koh Phi Phi, we had to run very slow till Phuket and arrived with two hours delay. No excuses or explanation whatsoever. Very bad service

The speedboat did not go directly to Koh Jum as indicated, but first went to Koh Lanta, were we had to change boats. Because of this, the trip took double the promised time.

Boat was 30min late & the ride take 30min more than booked

We left about and hour after the scheduled departure time. Luckily I had read previous reviews and prepared for this. They really know how to cram a lot of people onto one pier and into one boat. There was so many people on the pier at one time that the middle of the pier fell in. It should probably be a little more stable. A bit dangerous, but was also kinda humorous! The staff was friendly and got us where we needed to be.

Trip to Koh Lip I would say it was a perfect transfer! We did it with my wife and 9 month old baby. We had 1pcs luggage around 15kg, 2 back packs, a plastic bag with our winter clothes from Europe and a baby stroller. We can have all in our hands when moving with baby. Yes the driver was not fluent in English. But what you could expect for paying minimum for a trip? If you would bought this transfer with a privat driver at the hotel for 2500 baths then you could expect small things perfect. In general. We paid 950 from Ao Nang to Koh Lipe. We wanted later pickup not at 6 in the morning. So we had at 11. If it is ok for you to have 6a.m. pick up, I would recommend to by a transfer at any tourist trips selling office in Ao Nang, because you could bargain and get a transfer for 850 instead of 950. For later pickup at the street the cheapest price what you could get is 1150. Standard I think 1250 Baths. Now about the trip itself. Why I gave 4 stars review not 5. As I told it was almost perfect. Almost perfect because after we left Ao Nang, and passed already over Krabi, the driver got a call that he didn’t picked up two people in Ao Nang. So we got back and spend for that extra 50min. Otherwise we would spend that extra 50min at a pier. Because tour companies have around 2hours reserve and it is normal. People what we forgot bought a tour a day before (as we did it too). So it was a communication mistake in between different companies. All was perfect. Buy a trip online with assurance that all will be as perfect as possible. And if you are ok for 6a.m. pick up at the hotel buy it on the street and save 100 baths. Hmm and what concerns travel with an 9 month baby. We recommend to keep it not in hands but in a baby carrier. Our little daughter Liepa slept almost all the time. A speed boat trip what we were a little bit afraid at the beginning was completely normal. Baby slept all the time and it was really easy travel. Yes of course it was super load, bumpy and smell gasoline! But guys it is completely normal it should be like that when you take such kind of boat for such price! And one small thing what I almost forgot. When you arrive to Koh Lipe you will be board on a floating pier around 50meters away from the shore. You will pay 50baths per person for a long tail bought transfer as well as 200 national park entrance fee. As a sea was not very calm it was a little bit challenging to enter the long tail boat from a floating pier with a baby in a baby carriage. So enjoy! And don’t afraid! :)

TigerLATE! you must always plan 1 hr delay and a not decribed change over between boats. Anyway that’s the invest you have to take for cheap tickets .. own choice ...

Minivan ou à l'heure à la gare, mais beaucoup de temps perdu à l'aéroport. Depart du speedboat plus d'une 1/2 heure en retard. Nombreux passagers, trop serrés. 2 arrêts inutiles en cours de voyage, vraiment trop long

On a était pas mal secoué pendant la 1ère partie du trajet jusqu'à Koh PhiPhi, peut-être dû à la mer ou au fait qu'on n'était pas nombreux, du coup un bateau moins lourd qui se soulève plus facilement.

1 hour and a half of delay on arrival. We didn't know we had to change boat, we found out after stopping, and on the second boat there was too much exhaust gas from the engines.

Le transfert de ko lipe à Trang c'est super bien passé. L'organisation et le Personnels au top .

The Boat arrived too early, more then 20 minutes. And it would not wait if you not on the pier.

Too late, 30 minutes! No Sign on the Pier, where the boat starts. Backwards the boat arrives to early in Koh Kradan. We had much luck, that we get the boat.

Van to pick us up was late by 30 mins. Dialed 12go customer service hotline for assistance and lady said she will call me back to update me on van's status (we were pretty worried by then) -- she never called me back. Thankfully, van showed up awhile later but she still did not call back to confirm that we were on the van.

Delayed departure from Koh Mook. Trip by boat went well. transfer to hotel, was a little unorganized and the driver didn't know where and what about the hotel (arrival point). Was due till confusion about the cap about 30-45 min late on arrival.
