They told me that the bus company hadn’t received confirmation of the reservation, so they wouldn’t let us board the bus; they said we have to request a refund through their website. They didn’t give me any paperwork; they said the reservation hadn’t been confirmed on their end and they couldn’t let me board the bus. We’re asking for a refund—this situation is unbelievable, we were left out on the street overnight.

Todo bien, solo deberían decir que es necesario imprimir el boleto y que es sin costo, por que al subir me pidieron el numero de asiento y no lo tenía el boleto digital, tuve que ir a imprimirlo y eso ocasióno cierto retraso para mi, y el estrés de pensar que perdía el autobus

The bus reached 8.30am instead of 6am scheduled time. There was a 2 hour halt at Luxor. There was also stink from toilet for back seaters. The overall condition of the bus is poor.

Dear Company!
Yesterday morning we showed up at the bus with a ticket purchased online from you. The driver DID NOT PICK US UP. He said our ticket was not valid. Another employee said there was overbooking. WE COULDN'T LEAVE! We found ourselves in a long and complicated situation. I would like to request a refund of the amount paid, because we could not use the ticket purchased from you through no fault of our own!!!

The bus arrived at 7 am, so we had to wait 90 minutes and arrived Aswan at 12 instead of 9am! The driver was smoking inside the bus.

Bad, the reservation on the website didn't allow us to select the seat and when we arrived at the station they assigned us the last seats on the bus that couldn't recline. Additionally, they said the trip would last 10 hours, but it was actually 16!
