The Windows were a bit dirty, probably from people leaning on them.. I enjoyed the comfortable seating, the table, air conditioning, the route taken avoiding heavy traffic jams, and the pleasant driver! Thank you for a great trip! I look forwards to traveling with you again. The dirty windows.

Unfortunately, I purchased a ticket online, but could not find the email quickly so I paid again. Once I found my email ticket the driver said he could not refund me the money I gave him for a second ticket and I would need to try to dispute it. Unfortunately, I was on my way back to Canada so there was no time nor, did I have the energy to do so.

Comfortable and smooth ride. Driver was friendly. He gave us break on request to stretch our legs :-D. He was quite attentive and was driving safely. We got the front seats and were enjoying the scenic ride from Zagreb to Zadar. There were no extra charges for storing the luggage also.

Bus was 1h and 20min late to arrive. The ride itself was ok but extremely long. The fact that the driver kept stopping everywhere in every city or smaller place to pick up passengers. We ended up driving an extra hour and 20minutes. On the site of arrival it said 6pm and we arrived at 7:20 i would not recommend this drive unless you don't have anything else booked.

Only one driver and a doubledecker bus. Kind and competent driver, welcoming to all passengers. Only one driver for a doubledecker bus, driving more than 4 h alone (the bus arrived to Zadar from another destination), he was handling tickets, bags and driving without help.

Need for improvement. The scenery only. The bus had technical issues after approximately 100 km from Zagreb on way to Zadar. The driver stopped 3 times. Meanwhile he drove with 20 km/hour on the shoulder of the road not announcing what is happening. He did not stop to any rests stops (2 on the way) for almost 1 hour. Finally he made one stop and announced that another bus will come. We were 19 people stranded waiting in a blistering heat. The bus that came could take only 5 people and left as it was on a schedule and it’s passangers had to be at work. The second bus came after another hour and took only 2 people. The rest of trip was uneventful but it took instead of 3 hours, double time to get to Zadar. We lost half day on the road because of malfunctioning bus and lack common sense of the driver who didn’t announce in time the problem and stop at the first available resting place. Terrible experience. It wasn’t worth the money especially as a tourist it was prepaid in euros and pre-booked. The money should be reimbursed.

Great road trip / grateful passengers. We left a rucksack on bus yesterday and by the time we returned to bus station the driver had kindly informed the office staff of it. He returned the bag to us today and we are ever so grateful. This so easily could have ruined our holiday otherwise. Gold star for his driving skills and efficiency.

Seat Reservations! Bus was clean and comfortable. Professional driver. It is essential to have a seat reservation! It is very awkward to sit in a bus and wait for 20 minutes not knowing if you are in someone's reserved seat! I saw this happen to other travelers sitting on the bus. Very uncomfortable and embarrassing for everyone!

Autobusima Francuzevi', putujem 1 do 2 puta mjesećno već 2 godine. Nije nikada bilo problema. Autobusi čisti, vozaći pouzdani, voze sigurno, ljubazni i susretljivi. Kod posljednjeg putovanja mi otkazao mobitel pa se kod putne karte nije mogao skenirati. Vozači su mobitel priključili na punjać, kod je učitan i sve je prošlo u najboljem redu. Hvala. Stvarno nemam niti jednu primjedbu niti kritiku.

Vozač neugodan i otresit. Putnik s otovorenom pivom hoda po autobusu, ukrcavaju se putnici iako nema mjesta zbog čega stoje i sjede na podu. Putnik s pivom nalazi drugog kompanjona te puše cigarete u busu (dvomjesečna beba je u busu). Pjevaju pjesme i zadirkuju putnicu koja im je rekla da se stišaju. Eto, nažalost na neke stvari se ne može utjecati, ali jedan vozač po autobusu je očito svima stres.
