会社情報
Oceanjetは、1995年に1隻の船からスタートしたフィリピン資本のOcean Fast Ferries社のブランドです。現在、同社はモノハル (単胴船) とカタマラン (双胴船) を組み合わせた計17隻の船隊を保有しています。
同社の船舶の一部は香港で建造され、また数隻はオーストラリアを拠点とするGlobal Marine Design社によって設計され、セブ島マンダウエにあるフィリピンのGolden Dragon Shipyardで組み立てられました。これらには、同社の船隊に最近加わった357席のOceanjet 588やOceanjet 888も含まれます。
今日、Oceanjetはビサヤ地方最大の高速船運行会社となっています。
Oceanjetが運行する路線
Oceanjetの高速フェリーは、フィリピンのビサヤ地方およびルソン地方の目的地間を航行しています。
セブのハブ港からは、以下の路線で往復の高速フェリーを運行しています。
- セブ→オーモック→ドゥマゲテ→シキホール
- セブ→タグビララン→ドゥマゲテ→シキホール (シキホール島）

セブ–ボホール島
1日18便以上が運行されているこの2時間の路線は、Oceanjetで圧倒的に人気のあるルートです。セブの第1桟橋 (Pier 1) から出発し、ボホール島ではタグビララン桟橋 (TAG) に到着します。世界的に有名なチョコレートヒルズや愛らしいメガネザルのターシャ を目掛けた旅行に最適です。
セブ–カモテス諸島
白い砂浜、豊かな水中世界、そして見事な洞窟に満ちた小さな楽園への船旅、セブ–カモテス線は、わずか1時間半で到着します。午前2便、午後1便が運行されています。
ボホール島–シキホール島
ボホール島からわずか1時間20分の航海で、島に生息する無数のホタルにちなんで火の島としても知られるシキホール島に到着します。
Oceanjetのフェリースケジュール
Oceanjetのスケジュールでは、バタンガス–カラパン (東ミンドロ州)線およびセブ–ボホール (タグビララン) 線が1日を通して多数運行されています。出発便の大部分は午前中に集中しており、午後の便は少なく、夜間の便はごくわずかです。
人気のセブ–カモテス線 (および復路) は1日3便のみです。シキホール–ボホール線は1日1便、ドゥマゲテ–ボホール線は1日2便の運行となっています。

Oceanjetの運賃とチケット
Oceanjetのチケット料金は、利用する客室クラスによって異なります。
同社では以下の3種類のチケットを提供しています。
- ビジネスクラス: 3つの中で最も高価ですが、最も快適なクラスです。
- ツーリストクラス: 比較的短い船旅において、費用対効果が最も高い選択肢です。
- オープンエアクラス: 払い戻し不可ですが、最も安い選択肢です。
上位2つのクラス (ビジネスおよびツーリスト) はエアコン完備で、車内エンターテインメントも完備しています。
ビジネスクラスには柔らかいリクライニングシートがあり、ツーリストクラスはそれより少し簡素な座席となっています。

Oceanjetのオンライン予約
Oceanjetのチケットは、公式サイトまたは弊社のような提携代理店を通じてオンラインで購入可能です。
インターネットで予約した場合、乗船前にオンラインチケットを印刷しておく必要があることに注意してください。同社ではスマートフォンの画面に表示されたeチケットでの乗船は認められていません。
プロモーション情報をいち早く入手するには、公式サイトをチェックしてください。当日予約や事前予約向けの特別セールが行われることがあります。
ヒント: ハイシーズン、祝祭日、または1日の運行本数が少ない路線を利用する場合は、事前にチケットを予約することをお勧めします。
公式サイトでのオンライン予約は通常、当月分のみ可能です。より先の旅程を予約したい場合は、代理店を通じて購入してください。
メリット
- Oceanjetはビサヤ地方で最大の高速船フリートを保有しており、他のどの運行会社よりも多くの地域便を提供しています。
- 料金や快適さのレベルに応じて3つのクラスから選択できるため、自分に最適なオプションを見つけることができます。
デメリット
- 台風シーズンには、遅延や欠航が発生する場合があります。これは地域のすべてのフェリー運行会社に共通することですので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- 自己都合によるキャンセルの場合、チケット代金の20%〜40%程度しか返金されません。予約前に目的地、日付、座席クラスを十分に確認してください。
重要情報
Oceanjetでは乗船時に有効な身分証明書の提示が求められます。身分証明書がない場合、乗船を拒否されます。
また、身分証明書の名前はチケットに記載された名前と一致している必要があります。チケットは他人に譲渡できませんので、ご注意ください。

Good fast ferry. On time again. (4th time taking Oceanjet), but ferries are old and seats small and uncomfortable. Air conditioning is good, but maybe they should invest in some more modern boats. The baggage handlers were good at both sides of the journey.

It is cheaper to book directly at the ferry's website. Seats note really comfortable. You need to pay a small terminal fee when you arrive and also extra to check in luggage. Instructions as to how to proceed or where to queue not clear enough

This our 3rd ferry boat ride in the Philippines but this was the worst experience. I am not sure if it was the ferry line or the boat that made the difference but the A/C wasn't fully working and the entire boat smelled like sewage to say the least. The ferry was also 30mins late. What made it more tolerable was that the crew put on a movie.

We've booked for April 5, 2:20 pm via online booking for easier access at the port since I have senior companion for us not to take long que in getting ticket because it was holy week. Unfortunately the Jet that we're about to be board cancelled because of engine problem. We ask the staff of ocean jet for refund and he said we can get refund after the time of boarding but it was only 1:00 pm so we need to wait. We ask if are we still going to wait for the jet, or we need to buy ticket to other liner for sure arrival at our destination, because it was holy week as I've said earlier and there's a lot of passenger in the port so we need to decide. He suggest to get ticket at other liner and refund the ticket when going back. So we took different liner. When we are going back on Apr 8 we ask for a refund of our ticket at the ticketing booth of ocean jet. The staff told us that they will finish first all the customer for the 5:50am we were at the line by 5:30 am, there are 3 cashier in the ticket booth there is also priority lane yet we are not prioritize. I do understand that they need to prioritize the customer that are buying ticket for 5:50 am but how about us????? Are we not priority???? not only I have senior companion but got advance ticket for hassle free transaction! We booked earlier to avoid long queuing of line on April 5, have cancelled boarding, and took long line for other liner, then when refunding we need to wait??? ? Like what!!!!??????? We already got hassle beacuse of engine problem then when we are refunding we need to take that long line not to be priorities???? And the refund is not in full there are surcharger. And Yes! I do understand the less surcharges it part refund. I do hope that you improve your service... The staff are polite but need to be train in handling this kind of concern/issue/problem. They have to prioritize the refund booking and not to take them long line just to refund beacuse in the first place we booked online for our convenience not to take that long que of line.

It was very touristic. Our driver ga spoken just a little bit English. There were no instructions what to expect. The pick up was at 5am at the hotel, very comfortable. Then we had a 3 hours ride to Oslob. The swimming was a nice experience but the feed the whale sharks and they can hurt themselves at the boats. One of them had a wound. The guides are really nice there and took a lot of pictures and they try to take care of the fishes.

the baggage are not organized. It is being piled up and mixed up with other baggages. It would be OK if only they don’t pile it as high as Smokey mountain. my baggage which is small has been buried beneath other luggages.

Wir kamen 2,5 Stunden zu früh am Hafen an, sodass wir eine Fähre früher nehmen konnten, die 30 Minuten später abfahren sollte. Die Änderung der Abfahrzeit war kein Problem, uns hat direkt jemand geholfen. Die Fähre hatte dann ca 30 Minuten Verspätung.
Die Open Air Sitze waren super mit angenehmen Fahrtwind. Da es sehr leer war konnten wir uns andere Plätze als die uns zugewiesenen Plätze aussuchen.

Smooth travel, the only thing we did not expect. No one informed us from cebu pier that any pork products are not allowed in tagbilaran pier. Please let your passengers know what are the guidelines, terms and conditions.

Ticket took more than 48 hours to confirm, contacting customer service was challenging, I had to lie on the form just to allow to send a case, merely asking for the status of my voucher did not warrant a case. Instead of me trying to contact to inquire why my voucher has not arrived , maybe being proactive and reaching out to me would have suffice and relief my anxiety as the vessel was due to departure in less than 24 hours. The operators waiting area in Cebu was abysmal and crowded, a business class waiting area would have been nice. The vessel was late, the business class cabin was nice and cool but the seats was dirty and worn.
