The travel company was quick to advise and respond details for the pick up point. The driver stopped to cover all the luggage when it started to rain. He dropped me off in San Juan at my request, the town before San Pedro.

It said Hostel pickup and Hostel drop off but it ended up being at a meeting point and just dropping everyone off at a supermarket. It‘s fine, they just should change it in the description then. We left 40 minutes later but other than that the ride was nice :)

We weren’t dropped at the drop off point agreed on the booking confirmation. When we asked the driver he said no because cars aren’t allowed to drive there so we walked 10 mins to the drop off point with heavy bags to see that cars were in fact allowed at the original drop off

Driver was on time and eveeything great schedule wise. I just got very motion sick during the drive because he didn’t drive very smoothly and used the break and gears a bit weirdly. Other than that no complaints

arrived 30 minutes late, and we waited in the shuttle another 30 minutes. I was told we were going to stop at Coban to withdraw cash because there’s none in Lanquin or semuc and we drove past it.

Transfer was good once picked up. Contacted at 0933 asking where the 0900 shuttle was and we were told we weren’t on the list, although we’d booked and paid. Fortunately they sent someone to get us and connect with the main shuttle in time.
