会社情報
Giant Ibis Transportは2015年6月に運行を開始して以来、カンボジア全土で最高かつ最も近代的な運行会社の一つとなっています。
この運行会社は、国内の他の多くの会社よりもプロフェッショナルであると広く評価されており、カンボジアの競合他社というよりも、欧米のバス会社に近い特徴を備えています。
Giant Ibisのバスターミナル
プノンペン、シエムリアップ、およびカンポットでは、Giant Ibisのバスは会社専用のバスステーションから出発します。
シアヌークビル、カンポット、およびホーチミンでは、中心部に位置するGiant Ibisのチケットオフィスで乗車します。
バンコクには2つの出発地点があります。一つはバックパッカー街であるKhao San Roadにあり、もう一つはAirport Rail LinkのMakkasan駅近く、Hua Lamphong鉄道駅からすぐの12goオフィス横にあります。
Giant Ibisが運行する路線
Giant Ibisのバスは、カンボジアの首都プノンペンと、国内の主要な観光地であるシエムリアップ、シアヌークビル、ケップ、カンポットを結んでいます。
シエムリアップ
プノンペン–シエムリアップは、Giant Ibisが提供する主要路線です。
所要時間は6〜7時間です。
非常に人気のある路線の図、Giant Ibisは1日5〜6便を運行しています。
これら2つの目的地間には、昼行バスと夜行バスの両方があります。
Giant Ibisの夜行バスは寝台を備えたスリーパーバスで、1列にシングルベッドの寝台が1つと、2つ隣接したベッドの寝台の計3つの寝台が配置されています。
ケップおよびカンポット
プノンペンとカンポットを結ぶバスは同一の車両で、途中でKampotに寄ります。所要時間はそれぞれ3時間半から4時間です。
シアヌークビルは現在、大規模な再開発工事の真っ只中であるため、カンポットの方がおすすめの選択肢と言えます。
シアヌークビル
人気の海辺のリゾートであるSihanoukvilleへは、プノンペンからバスで6時間半です。
シエムリアップ–シアヌークビルおよびカンポット
プノンペンでGiant Ibisのバスを乗り継ぐことも可能ですが、シエムリアップとシアヌークビル間の直行便もあります。直行便を利用するとプノンペン経由よりも早く、わずか10時間で到着します。
シエムリアップ–シアヌークビル線は、プノンペン–シエムリアップ線以外でGiant Ibisが夜行バスを運行している唯一の路線です。
シアヌークビルに寄った後、バスはカンポットへ向かいます。
国際線
現在、Giant Ibis Transportはタイとベトナムへの2つの国際線を運行しています。この運行会社は、これらのサービスにおける国境越えの手続きが可能な限りスムーズに進むようサポートしています。
- タイ・シエムリアップ–バンコク線
タイの首都とアンコール遺跡への玄関口の間を移動するための、速くて便利、かつストレスのない方法です。ただし、どちらの方向へ行く場合もビザの確認が必要です。
この路線に夜行バスはなく、所要時間は8〜9時間です。
- ベトナム・プノンペン–ホーチミン線
上記の路線と同様に、夜行バスはありません。全行程は7時間弱で、乗車には有効なビザを所持している必要があります。
予約方法
Giant Ibisのバス座席は、オンラインとオフラインの両方で予約できます。
- Giant Ibisの各バスターミナルまたはチケット窓口: 現地へ直接足を運んで購入する必要があります。
- バス会社のオンライン公式サイト: 出発の10日前から予約可能です。クレジットカード決済には別途手数料がかかります。
- 当サイト: 事前予約の期間制限はなく、いつでもお好きなタイミングでGiant Ibisのチケットをご予約いただけます。

一人でスリーパーバスを利用する場合、シングルベッドの寝台か、2つのベッドが隣接している寝台のどちらを予約するかを確認してください。見知らぬ人と一晩中隣り合わせで過ごすことは、必ずしも快適ではないことでしょう。

自分の席は10列目だったのにバズには9列しか席がなく最後列は5席あって4人は家族連れで真ん中空いていた墓でそこに座りましたが エアコン効きが悪い上家族連れに挟まれよほど快適からは遠いものでした

1番後ろの席に座った白人カップル2人共、前の席の通路側の席の上に足を置いて臭く気分が悪かった
前の席の窓側に座っていて、通路側は空きでしたが普通に考えてマナー無さ過ぎです
しかも2人して乗せてくるなんて、頭悪過ぎです
特に女の方が終始足を上げてました
私が注意するより、会社の方が言う方がスマートかなと思います
いつも快適なバス会社さんでこんな事は初めてで、それ以外はいつも通り満足のいく乗車でした

Complètement inconfortable, nous étions à l'arrière sur les roues, nous avons ressenti chaque trou ou bosse de la route.
Le matelas dur comme une planche, j'ai eu des marques et des douleurs au niveau de la colonne vertébrale pendant les jours suivants.
J'aurais préféré payer un peu plus cher mais voyager dans de meilleures conditions.

Auch der Grenzübergang war durch die Mitarbeiter super leicht.

God service, og masser af plads til personer omkring 1,80 meter. Der var gratis wifi, vand, tæpper og puder. Bussen ankom 4.30 men det gjorde ikke noget at det var senere end angivet så tidligt op morgenen.

Bus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call).
The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker.
They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia.
I recommande this company!

The bus ride was good but they sold us tickets for the speedboat to get to the island. They told us that the boat would stop where our hotel was, so we bought the ticket with them. At the boat, we were told that the boat would not be stopping at our bay, but that water taxis would be waiting there. When we arrived, we realized no water taxis were nearby. Had to pay way too much to a local for him to take us to our hotel. So if you go to M'pai Bay, don't buy any speedboat ticket from them!

When the bus stopped at the rest area in the early morning, the bus driver left the door open for a long time, so it was very cold and I couldn't sleep. Other passengers were also coughing and feeling very cold. Other than this, it was a satisfactory trip.

Best company in Cambodia and very professional. The bus leaves on time, the staff is very kind and helpful, informs about all the details while crossing the border and speaks English well. There were snacks and water provided on the bus, and the night buses have pillows and blankets. They even found a small device that I left on the bus and returned it to me! I will definitely use again.

Great. We stopped twice - once for food and toilets and once just for toilets.
We arrived in Siem Reap for 18.30. One thing to note is taxi drivers will come up to you immediately once the bus pulls into the station and at first it’s difficult to tell whether they’re staff or drivers..

Saímos na hora prevista, o autocarro era bastante limpo e confortável. Deram nos o lanche (um croisant, cafe e uma água) juntamente com um lencinho humedecido. Explicaram o procedimento da fronteira. Paramos na fronteira e demos os nossos passaportes juntamente com o e-visa a pessoa responsável e a única que falava inglês. Depois disso passamos a pé pela fronteira para a zona friendly entre o Camboja e o vietnam. Levaram nós para uma zona onde se podia comprar comida. Porque apesar de dizer que no valor está incluído almoço na verdade não está. Não nos deram nenhuma justificação a respeito e também não tínhamos muita facilidade em perceber o porque pois não havia nenhuma pessoa que sabia falar inglês visto que o responsável foi a pessoa que ficou a tratar dos passaportes na fronteira. A viagem demorou um pouco mais a chegar ao destino mas sem qualquer problema. No geral a equipa era muito simpática. Também nos foi disponibilizado água durante a viagem caso alguém quisesse.

Really great service, we got given a pastry, face towel and water at the start of the journey. We were also informed of where/when we were making breaks along the way which was really helpful. Only downfall was that the bus set off late and arrived into Siem Reap late.

Wonderful smooth trip 👌 the bus itself was really comfortable with charging docks and WIFI ♥️ we had 2 extremely safe drivers and a lovely guide who was happy to chat and give as much information as needed, and made sure the boarder crossing was made simple and found us on the other side, guided us back to the bus and gave us lunch. I will be definitely using this service again Thanks guys

Very good overall, with some minor criticisms.
Firstly, check in and boarding went well. They explained the process re visas and provided some snacks/drinks. WiFi also worked well throughout the journey.
As per the border checks, there was a lot of going on and off the bus (to be expected). However there were a few odd incidents, such as when our driver took our baggage out at the first border stop (then put them back in, with the other assistant admitting they got "confused") and then an incident where we unexpectedly changed buses (with everyone having to board the original bus to take their stuff off). Hence to a certain degree things felt slightly disorganised. As far as I know this all turned out OK, but for me switching buses like that is a bad idea, as there's always potential for human error when transferring gear over. All's well that ends well I guess.

Giant Ibis gave a very good service overall. Bus departed on time. The only complaint would be that the AC was broken. So we had to drive with the windows open.
