At Lanta Vacation

Wir wurde etwas 15 Minuten nach der Frist abgeholt, ist halt normal hier also keine Panik bekommen! Sonst einfach irgendwann die Hotline anrufen. Wir sind in einem klimatisierten Minibus gefahren und haben eine 10-minütige Toilettenpause gemacht bei einer Tankstelle. Sind ca 30min später gekommen und der Fahrer ist etwas rasant gefahren aber dennoch sicher. Der Trip ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen :)

Wir wurden am Hotel pünktlich abgeholt. Sehr netter, sicherer Fahrer. Am Ziel wurden wir zu unserem Hotel gefahren. Insgesamt absolut perfekt.

i ended up changing hotels and was easily able to update 12go the day before with the new info. i was still a little nervous the morning of that the driver would go to the original place, and i had no contact info for the company, but they arrived to my new hotel in the scheduled time and the van was super clean and comfortable.

Transfer was fine. Minibus was comfortable, driver was decent and we got to our destination in more or less the estimated time (three hours). Only problem really was the pick-up was about half an hour later than we were expecting (we were one of the last pairs to be picked up). We didn’t have any communication from the operator before, so when expected pick-up time passed we had to call them to find out where they were. But overall was fine and would use again

Der Transfer war super gut und bequem verlaufen. Wir waren positiv überrascht.Der Fahrer war pünktlich am Hotel und ist sehr umsichtig gefahren. Er legte auch eine Toilettenpause an einer Tankstelle ein. Wir kamen relativ pünktlich an unserer Unterkunft auf Ko Lanta an. Es gab für uns keine weiteren Zusatzkosten. Daumen hoch für diesen Transfer.

The driver was at out hotel 20 minutes early but luckily we were already there. He was really polite and made one toilet stop. He also had a really responsible driving style. The car was comfortable and had enough room for our luggage, only the air condition could have been cooler - it was pretty hot. We reached Koh Lanta at 14:30 because we had to wait half an hour for the ferry. We did not had to pay extra money to get dropped of at our hotel at Koh Lanta - it was inclusive. We could definitely book this trip again :)!

Great experience, comfy seats, water and little snacks and a stop at 8pm on the road to eat at night (included in the tickets price). Don't forget to take a sweater as the air conditionning is powerful, small blanket is furnished too in the bus.

Wir haben Hoteltransfer gebucht, vom Hotel in Ao Nang zum Hotel in Koh Lanta. In Koh Lanta blieb unser Fahrer bei einer Agentur stehen und diese meinte man müsste nochmals 100 BHT pro Person zahlen, damit der Fahrer uns zum Hotel bringt. Ein anderer Gast im Bus musste sogar 200 BHT zahlen. Davon stand nichts bei der Buchung!

We werden meer dan half uur later opgehaald en chauffeur stond bij verkeerd hotel terwijl we het hadden aangegeven welk hotel. Ik denk dat we daardoor ook de bus naar koh lanta gemist hebben en moesten wachten op de volgende waardoor we er dubbel zo lang over hebben gedaan

**Very Poor Driver Attitude & Unprofessional Service – 1/5 ⭐** I am very disappointed with the driver's attitude and behavior during this transfer. I was informed of the available pickup times and **specifically selected 3:00 PM**. However, the driver arrived at approximately **2:40 PM** and immediately started rushing us, showing an angry and irritated attitude. I calmly told him that we would be ready by the selected pickup time of 3:00 PM and that there was no need to worry. Instead, he told me that I should have been standing by from **2:30 PM**. If the driver expected passengers to be ready at 2:30 PM, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. It is unreasonable to select a 3:00 PM pickup time and then pressure passengers for not being ready 30 minutes earlier. The driver's attitude throughout the journey from **Phuket to Krabi** was also extremely unpleasant. Whenever we encountered traffic jams or traffic signals, he repeatedly **hit/slammed the steering wheel in frustration**. This was very uncomfortable to witness as a passenger and made me question his professionalism and emotional control while driving. I also noticed that **one of the seats in the front row was damaged**. However, this was not a major concern for us because **we were the only two passengers travelling as a couple**, so we had enough space and it did not affect our comfort significantly. I am mentioning it only as an additional observation about the condition of the vehicle. Overall, the biggest issue was **not the vehicle condition but the driver's attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way he treated us as passengers**. A professional driver should be respectful, patient, and calm, especially when transporting passengers on a long journey. **I would give the driver 1/5 and strongly recommend that the company investigate this driver's behavior and provide proper customer-service and professional driving training.** I do appreciate the **Phuket-to-Krabi transfer service itself**, as the service is convenient and useful for travelers. However, the driver represents the company, and this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer's overall experience and confidence in the service. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future passengers receive a much more professional and respectful experience.

The communication with support was quite confusing - I bought a ticket from Koh lanta - to Phuket with a transfer from my hotel which was a bit out of the area and I had to pay extra. But I had no cash so it was a bit stressful. After all the service in person was great. I had a very helpful, kind and friendly driver Kong (or Athapon, sorry if I’m mistaken). Thank you!

The driver was polite. It was a smooth journey in a clean, pleasant van. We had a stop between Koh Lanta and Krabi for 10 minutes.

i’m a solo female traveler, and i ended up being the only one on the transfer van! i felt super safe the entire time, we stopped for a toilet break halfway through, and the driver got snacks and got some fruit for me too :) pick up was right on time, and we even arrived a bit early. the seats were comfortable and reclined almost the whole way back. very lovely driver!

This was a great service and would happily book with them again. We left Krabi airport early as all guests were there. It took 2 hours door to door to reach my hotel. The van was clean and comfortable. Super easy.

All and all I'm satisfied Need to be a little more clear about the extra fees (100 for the driver, 400 for the bus, because apparently our suitcase was too high) But other than that it was a good experience :)

Our transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasn’t within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night – that’s just rude.

Picked up on time at my hotel on Koh Lanta then just in the van until I was dropped off at my hotel in Ao Nang. Easy, comfortable, reliable. Would use them again.

The driver was driving at dangerous speeds in the heavy rain, needing to slam on his brakes as there were flooded parts of the road. It did feel safe.
