デメリット

    　また、ラッシュアワーに移動する場合（特に出発地の交通事情に慣れていない場合）は、時間に余裕を持って行動しましょう。

Fine, but limited info provided. Note trip took 1.5 hrs longer than listed (9.5hr due to roadworks and boarder crossing, 1hr as the arrival time is plain wrong). If travelling from nis bus station note you also need to buy a bus station entry ticket (cheap) when you get to the station, as in a few countries still.

Broke down and was 4 hours late. Minibus was only 10 min delayed. The minibus was old, air con water was dripping down as the pipe were broken. The cooling system in the bus broke and instead of calling for a new bus immediately they tried to fix it, but broke properly down 15 min later. A 2 1/2 hour journey became a 6 1/2 hour one. Not recommended.

Be cautious if you are doing the route on a British passport, I was not about through at the border. Air con Comfortable lean back seats Driver helpful with baggage Relatively relaxing music Plenty of stops. At being refused at the border due to border control not being happy to stamp a British passport I was left stranded at border control with very little help being offered by the driver he was more enthusiastic to just get going himself again it cost an addition €100 to get back to safety by taxi. Nothing offered from get by bus.

Travel from Serbia to Kosovo. The price. Small bus no confort, supposed to go direct to Pristina but made a lot or stops everywhere, arrive one hour late did not drop me in the bus station.. More a marchroutska than a real bus.

Whew…I made it. I got across the Serbian border to Nis. Finding the bus stop is impossible without local help. The bus from Pristina to Nis is an old 15 passenger van without shock absorbers.

Ko to tamo peva. Stinky bus, no shock absorbers, the road is full of holes In Prishtina the driver stops the bus literally in the middle of the road since he dose not enter in Prishtina's bus station in order to prevent paying the taxes.

Uncomfortable. In the morning there wasn't so many people on the bus. When I took the evening one people were sitting in the aisle. The driver smoked the entire way so it smelled horrible. It was very cold. They make lots of stops along the way.

Quick journey from Serbia to Kosovo. We arrived at our final destination early, but the entire drive was very safe. The bus was quiet and comfortable with a good wifi connection. There were no toilet facilities open onboard (it was locked) and there was no rest stop until around 5 hours into the journey. This was quite stressful.

Pretty good, could still improve a bit. We left on time and set a reasonable pace. The A/C was working but could be a bit stronger, but I wasn't excessively warm. The bus was big and everyone was sitting comfortably and with plenty of room. 45 minutes late which isn't that bad, considering what I had read. We took 2 half an hour breaks, one of them just an hour into the trip, and the other a mere 30 kms from Pristina. Break management should be better. Also, collecting passengers on the side of the highway (yes) should not be done as it's not safe.

I was almost left in Nis Bus Station. May I say: NOTING. If you do not have extra money for bribing the driver, with electronic ticket you can remain without transport. On the exact day of my travel ( 22/05/2023)I appeared at the Nis/Serbia central bus station on time. I found the small bus at the farthest platform - I already used this service but I should add, without any problem. Having Interacted with the male driver I asked whether may I bring my small suitcase on board? His answer was negative, saying there is not (enough) places on board. I suggested him to place my stuff to the rear trunk. He replied his previous answer adding that there is not place/seat for me on board showing me his handwriting passenger's list. I showed him my getbybus electronic ticket for that exact day and for the morning. He expressing his regret to me saying: this is Balkan.. as if everybody would be as a silly bastard as he is in the Balkan. Finally, at the station office probably knew him or this fake problem-making, because they were supporting my status, saying he had an electronic ticket you have to transport him away. It was the solution, briefly.

Good driver but a small van & seat for a bumpy road. Price is affordable. The seats are pretty narrow, almost no space for luggage or backpacks. The diver didn’t know about the online ticket at first, need a young local to translate for us.

Had to poo in a plastic bag. It had USB. The toilet was locked. I had an upset stomach. So could not wait until reaching Pristina or a break. When I tried to explain (twice) and was either not understood or ignored, I gave up and had to poo into a plastic bag in my seat!!!

Was rejected at the Serbian border because I came in through Kosovo and they didn’t recognise this. Would have been nice to be warned in bold letters not to try to cross the border at Kosovo so I didn’t have to go all the way back to pristina then down to Skopje to catch another bus , this is a major flaw that should be really emphasised before you buy the ticket.

We sat on the floor for 8 hours. Everyone on the bus was suffering together. The bus company oversold seats and the people who got on the bus at the end had to stand and sit in the floor for 8 hours. The bus also didn’t have functioning air conditioning and it was 38 degrees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take this bus service.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Pague por un pasaje de 5 horas y media y tardo 3 horas mas en llegar. Nada. Cero servicios. Pedimos al conductor avisarnos cuando llegáramos a Pristina. No nos aviso y no hizo recorrer hasta el final de su trayecto que era una hora y media mas. Después tuvimos que volver otra hora y media. En total salimos de Belgrado a las 12 del medio dia y llegamos a las 11 pm a Pristina.

Ondanks de Whatapp communicatie met Adio Tours kreeg ik geen reactie over de standplaats. Ticket makkelijk te boeken. Busreis verliep vrij soepel, Hooguit 15 minuten vertraging. Geen reactie op mijn vraag en foto van de standplaats of ik op de juiste plek langs de weg sta waar de minibus stopt.

Le ticket pour entre dans la gare, le bruit des autres passagers dans le bus, le changement de bus à 3h du matin àla frontière du Kosovo, la non -maîtrise de l'anglais de la part des chauffeurs, le passage sur des terrain vague en bus et la correspondance pas à la bonne gare.

Scandal. The Adio Tours bus driver dropped me at the border between Kosovo and Serbia as I was not allowed to enter with "only" my (EU) passport. The buss staff from Adio Tours had checked my passport in Pristina before departure and said that everything was clear for the trip. I have tried to reach Adio Tours after this to complain, but I haven't even reached them I will continue until I reach then and get a refund. Being dropped off at the border did not just cost me extra money (as I had to pay for taxi back to Pristina + an alternative route), it was also a very traumatic experience being left alone at the road at a border. Besides, the toilet in the bus was not working, the bus was very dirty, and we had to do a 30 min stop after 20 min driving to fix something that was broken in the engine (apparently they did not check this before the departure). I cannot recommend anyone going with Adio Tours.
