Drivers were friendly and drove smoothly and carefully but they didn't translate to English so i relied on passengers to know what was happening. The toilet was very dirty and left that way. The seat in front of me was very close which was uncomfortable on such a long drive.

Great ride with great and pleasant drivers! The drivers were very friendly and helpful, everything went well and they made the best effort to provide us with everything that we needed and make sure we have a pleasant journey. I notice frequently at getbybus.com that some drivers ( not on this ride however) purposefully lock the toilet to keep it clean and it's quite annoying sometimes. If I pay for a bus ride I also pay for the usage of the toilet.

Rude driver. Safe driving. Although my ticket from getbybus said I do not need a paper ticket, the driver demanded I get a print from the office. He did not explain why, just refused to let me board based on my electronic ticket, which I showed on my mobile. Getting the print (which also required paying a station fee at a different window) took the time I needed to go to the toilet and the bus was already backing out of the bay when I finally got back to the bus. It seemed the driver was about to leave without me but WITH my suitcase. Throughout the trip the driver was rude also to other passengers. While driving the curvy road via Jajce he spoke at length on his mobile which did not have a hands-free set but which he held to his ear with one hand (I took a photo). Is talking on your mobile while driving a full bus legal in Bosnia?

One of the drivers was rude, claimed he said it was a break but no one heard him (it was a two-floor bus), so basically some of the ladies had to wait 6h for a toilet break. Above all, they had a woman sitting next to the drivers who was smoking and we could smell the cigarettes. In general, the ride took far too long.

While the driving was mostly good, the driver did not seem to care much about punctuality. Very comfortable & tidy bus. 90 minute delay for no reason other than overly extended breaks. Driver always went over the announced duration of the breaks. Breaks at odd places that didn't even have restrooms. No change given for luggage fee. Live dogs in the cargo hold.

Pleasant ride, not too fast. They made enough breaks, I believe smokers appreciated it.
