Ramon LThe driver arrived 45 minutes late, despite the fact that we had already arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, as explicitly requested in their message: “Come to check in at least 30 minutes before departure time. If a customer doesn't show up, the booking will be considered a NO-SHOW.”
To comply with their instructions, we had to pay for a private boat to reach the pier outside regular operating hours, rather than taking a regular boat. This made the delay even more frustrating and costly.
The lack of professionalism was disappointing. They explained that they had other passengers to pick up, but they already knew their planned route. They could easily have informed us that morning, allowing us to take a later boat to the pier and save both time and money.
The van was also nothing like the pictures advertised. It was old, dirty, and quite uncomfortable.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, a significant delay, unnecessary extra costs, and a vehicle that did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend this service.

Renata DWe took a boat from Railay Beach to Koh Lipe, choosing this company because it advertised the shortest travel time. However, the experience didn’t match what was promised.
We expected a direct trip, but the boat stopped at many islands along the way. Because of that, the journey took much longer than expected, and we arrived about 1 to 1.5 hours late. So overall, you really can’t rely on the schedule shown on their website.
The boat itself was very hot, but that seems to be standard for speedboats in Thailand. Passengers are covered by a canopy, so you’re protected from sun and rain, but the luggage stays outside, exposed to the sun the entire time.
One small positive point is that, because of the multiple stops, you can get off at some islands and use the bathroom. This actually helps, since the toilet on the boat is very poor.
The sea was calm for most of the trip, but during the last 1 to 1.5 hours it got quite rough, which can be uncomfortable if you’re sensitive to waves.
In summary, the company advertises a shorter travel time than what actually happens, mainly because the trip is not direct and includes multiple stops.

Miguel GWe left from Railay and arrived 4h late because they cancelled the speedboat trip from Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe due to bad sea (which is good, because safety comes first). So, they took us in a van from Koh Lanta to Pak Bai and from there to Koh Lipe in speedboat. We had to wait 1h for the van to come pick us up...
