Il veicolo era super confortevole (caricatore USB, spazio per le gambe, sedili comodi, aria condizionata). L'autista è arrivato con circa 20 minuti di ritardo alla partenza, ma non è stato un grosso problema. Un problema maggiore è stato il controllo dell'immigrazione al Checkpoint Woodlands di Singapore. Gli agenti hanno lavorato così lentamente e sono stati così severi che ci sono voluti quasi 60 minuti. Quindi l'autobus è partito dopo l'immigrazione, perché l'autista può aspettare solo 30 minuti. The vehicle was super comfotable (USB Charger, Space for legs, comfy seats, A/C). The driver was about 20 min late for departure, but that was not a big problem. A bigger problem was immigration control at Checkpoint Woodlands in Singapore. The officers there worked so slow and were so strict, that it took nearly 60 min. So the bus was gone after immigration, because the driver can only wait 30 min there. Together with other tourists from the bus we had to take taxi to get to Singapore.

The bus was half an hour late in Mersing - with no information available during this half hour waiting time - and the driver’s English was not good enough to properly explain the procedure at the JB and Woodlands checkpoints when crossing the border from Malaysia to Singapore. So, this part was a bit of an adventure. But it all worked out and we reached the destination about 1.5 hours late due to the heavy traffic at the woodlands checkpoint during rush hour.

The driver was really speeding. And the hostess just rattled her story which was not completely obvious for the tourists on board.
She told us that it was absolutely forbidden to eat but she ate a sweet herself.

We have been contacted right after booking the bus personally by WhatsApp and didn’t have to go to the bus station. The bus adapts to the time of the arrival of the jetty from the islands. Our worries to miss the bus were completely unnecessary. We were picked up at the Mersing jetty. The bus was very comfortable and modern. And after unexpected unlucky events after the trip leaving the bus to move on to the next destination, the manager even offered to come and help driving for hours if we can’t manage to solve it ourselves. I haven't met so many people so unbelievably helpful and caring. It was absolutely not his business at all but he offered this very generous help wil never forget this.

We missed information on how the border crossing process works. Unfortunately, this lead to unnecessarily stressful situations, since the bus driver also did not provide information in English and was rather impatient.
